Typical day at work involved supporting customers in EU/NA and Asia regions for customization to Inventory management, and Warehouse management tool through functional and technical changes to the tool. being my 1st full time Job, learned a lot about supply chain and enterprise resource management technicalities. The management mainly is a bridge between customers and act as a support team for deploying and developing customization to customers in the region. The hardest part of the job was to ensure the customization to the Job did not have any parallel impacts to other ERP tools being used in parallel . The most enjoyable part was the frequent fun events organized in the company which i lead as part of the employee CARE committee. Lot of opportunities to interact with customers as well.

Setup High-Availability as part of Disaster Recovery Strategy for the Databases

Learnt the Windows server Knowledge like Windows server 2008 R2 and 2003, Windows 2000 Advance Server

Learned to handling SQL server 2000, 2005, 2008 & 2008R2 production databases.

Installing and configuring SQL 2000 and 2005 in Cluster Environment.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing exceptional, normal like other companies

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Never ever join cloudhub team they call it as Presales but it is a different story, only ppt work you have to do. And internal transfer is not allowed in Infor

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Ok nothing great, I see Infor India is not great compared to other locations

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I’m part of so called Presales which is called as clouhub, horrible team and your job is to work on ppts that’s it

It used to be a fun place at work with a great amount of learning in every project in terms of technical and functional abilities.

I used to work in a project where i had a chance to make designs,development,testing and maintenance.Very cooperative atmosphere and co workers.

Used to get some development to be done in very close dead lines and in keeping pace with changing customer requirements.

It was most fun to work on different phases of s/w(design,development,testing and support) and solving escalations reported.

	Preparation of Service Invoices through Billing Module in PeopleSoft ERP.
	Timely dispatch of invoices to the clients and posting the invoices in client’s site.
	Verification and validation of Purchase orders for billing the clients
	Verification of Traveling and other expenses billable to clients
	Reviewing the information provided by operations team for billing
	Verifying the realizations received and updating the invoice details to the banks
	Posting realization entries through A/R module in peoplesoft

* I felt great about me when I transitioned & stabilized Licence Billing process, prepared process document and got acceptance from client at first time.
* Learned a lot from team and gained excellent knowledge on Accounts Receivable process
* I never felt hardest part of the job, we are a team of fun at work so whenever we find huge volumes we segregate the work and complete at a given time.

The work at Infor seems to be an fast-paced with non-credibility taking place with given time space low. I personally think that the time gives the credibility far better and some more interesting work seems to be appreciable if given This is all regarding the Quality Assurance Analyst , Manual Testing opinion . If there is any other opinion coming I gladly welcome them regarding the company

I worked for FnA division GBS - Management is not good.. All are B.com persons at higher level. No professionalism.  Micro management. Will dig into personls things more. Complete yes boss culture. No encouragement. They will scare you for even small mistakes.  Only standard people will keep on getting promotion, it may be any level they reach. No trust at All on employees

Its very good to work professionally and have ethical values.

Some people in management level does politics but If we exclude this one can survive there for long without any issue. Since the organization have strive for safe guarding their employees.
