As I move on from Innodata, I want to take a moment to reflect on my experience. Working here has been a rewarding journey filled with growth and learning. The supportive team, innovative projects, and strong leadership have greatly contributed to my professional development. I’m grateful for the opportunities I had and the relationships I built. While I’m excited for the new chapter ahead, I’ll always appreciate the valuable experiences and skills I gained during my time here. Thank you to everyone at Innodata for making my time so meaningful.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Work from home flexibility is provided right from start of the job.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no clarity about your job and work. There will be days when you receive absolutely no information from your managers about what is expected from you


What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The work environment is superficial and dishonest 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It is variable. On some days there's non stop working, on other days there's no work at all

My every day in Innodata was typical day. I learned how to cooperate with people at work place and complete task on time. All my co-workers were very supportive and helpful. We all together were very serious about our works. The hardest part of my job was when client gave me double work to complete in a short period of time.I completed that and I learned that how to work under pressure. In the last, the most enjoyable part of my job was fun and playing games on the floor in free time.

I act as a QA Lead and Writer for the company on Projects. As long as workers are adept at following instructions and following guidelines, it is easy to micro manage project workers. I believe the aspects of different projects help me to maximize my skills and potential as a writer. I learn more and more with each project. -As a writer I find it pleasing to be intricate and summative with the text I often am required to set forth for other writers and Annotators understanding. 

Work culture is good. My manager is a superb person. My experience with other managers of the company has been overall good too. As far as, gaining work-related knowledge is concerned, it is great. However, QCs' rampant ego clashes with each others over differences of opinions was biggest hurdle in delivering ur best. However, until you are too bad/careless at your job, it should seldom bring any risk on your job personally.

Needs to upgrade it's projects handled currently.
Needs to improve upon cross trainings, also the work environment can be made more cheerful and alive considering the nature of work. Gives flexibility to employees in terms of working hours and home based work arrangements.

Typical day :-  actually my 4th day  on company site has totally down at early in the morning and on that time I could not understand that what should I do.
How to work on pressure.
good friends 
on starting when I had to handle entire shift alone.
when shift got over and at once lot of work comes to the next shift Eng and they said please look into the matter while I handle calls and I said sorry my shift has over 
just have fun with colleague.

IT WAS QUITE INTERESTING BUT PROJECT BASED JOB. THEY HIRE IN BULK, BUT THEY FIRE MOST OF EMPLOYEE AT TIME OF NO JOB AND AGAIN THEY HIRE. UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE COME AND GO AGAIN AND AGAIN FOR SHORT TENURE. LUCKILY, I WAS RETAIN EVERY TIME, BUT WATCHED COLLEAGUE JOIN AND LEAVE COMPANY VERY SOON.

Nice place to work, overall I would say this organisation provided me with opportunity in my hard times when I was desperately looking for opportunity. The company is good and provided the good experience and learning in couple of months. The co workers were very good
