What is the best part of working at the company?
Very bad experience to working these company (Inspire clean energy Pvt Ltd) company higher authorities are know only there profit rather than employees I had posted as an electrical engineer in that company they are treating me as a labour and last time when decided to left that company job they not able to clear my payment totally illiterate company no body working with these company it's batter to find other opportunities.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Actually they are not thinking about there employees and standard of qualifications of employees they do anything else to earn there profit.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very bad working environment when there are think employee are not needed they creating a situation to fire him at any cost they not care about the employee.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Actually inspire clean energy Pvt Ltd is a third party company but they showing behaviour like as a India's top solar service provider company and they recruited some engineer under cheap salaries provided and take working environment very heard ways.

I joined ICE with no knowledge in SOLAR, achieved many things and knowledges, allowed me to independently work, apply my knowledge, supported me by MD Vikram sir and Dilip sir, and felt bad to leave him and his company but left him to go near to my home town area but they didn't understand and angry on me.

Anyways best part I have written, but bad part is also there, that they are giving more chances and recognisation to their families rather than the good performer, so that almost all left company 1 by 1. Dilip sir and Vikram sir are very good but don't know why they were making it family business.

I feel all company owners must love and understand their workers then workers will take care of their company will take high. I wish someday they will understand and they will try to take it high and high.

Its very good company and well growing up. Everyone got opportunity to learn technical things with salary.  If anyone really wants to achieve something in life & have fire in belly, then this is the best place from where you can start. Inspire will give you GOAL & VISION to achieve it. I will be always grateful for everything I learnt here. I am very lucky for being part of Inspire.

Not recommended. Company always manipulative to their clients and the same they want to teach their employees

Gets a lot of work done and does not pay salary on time.

2. Use of Eira app and its application in solar power plant is a new technique I have learnt here.

5.Travelling is the hardest part of the job.
6. Learning new things is the enjoyable part of the job.

It's a very good organisation. Anyone can get a brief knowledge about solar industry. The process of doing schedule activity is awesome. I have worked in this organisation for around 2 years. It's a very good for new comers of solar engineers.

I'm completely satisfied with this organisation, very good environment, working system is very good, salary and other benefits are also good, also team members are very good.
