Sr. Analyst

•	Receiving Bank debt notices from Agent on daily basis.
•	Validating and Processing of Bank debt amendments. (Pay downs, Full Pay downs, Consent fee Etc.)
•	Booking all valid bank debt amendments in the trading system as per the notices. 
•	Cash and Position Reconciliation for all CA Events
•	Processing all kind of Class actions including Mandatory and Voluntary Events.
•	Preparation of Tracking forms and decision sheets for to validate CA events.
•	Sending instructions for Voluntary events through Custodian banks online RSA tokens.
•	Processing of proxy voting preparations of Tracking form and sending Ballots for Voting.
•	Sending Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and yearly transaction reports to Management and Clients.
•	Daily basis events validation or reconcile through Custodian notices Vs Fax and Email notices received.

	We are Responsible for resolving all outstanding breaks of Pension funds and Mutual funds on a daily basis, using reconciliation Tool Transaction Lifecycle Management (TLM) 
	Performing manual reconciliation on daily basis on excel.
	We need to investigate various parties responsible for those particular Cash & Stock breaks and assign them to resolve these breaks.
	As a reconciler i was responsible for resolving all COAC, Derivative, MBS, TBA, Cap Stock, Foreign Exchange, Stock and Cash Breaks in all the funds of various clients served by JPMorgan Treasury & Security Services Department.
	Clearing the missing balances from the accounts.
	Identify process improvements/focus on key projects which add value to the business
	Reviewing and responding to client queries as well as internal queries.

I had face so many typical days in work where i am working global reconciliation team , we have a lot work to do lot of issues comes up.


I have learned good knowledge middle office work in Reconciliation processes. Derivative and cash reconciliation work knowledge .

Management is very good .

In my years and 7 months work experience , i have good and emotional attachment with my team . 

The day when my co workers on leave the work volume is very high at that point it is very hard to manage.

I will enjoy my work and my co workers all are funny and friendly nature . we will go for outings we will enjoy allot .

A typical day at work:
Flexible working hours as long as tasks are finished on time, I usually do tasks such as review projects, build tools that help in documenting the architectural landscape, meet with IT Leaders provide strategy based on a high level view of the landscape. 

What I learnt:
I learnt EA on the technical side of things, I understood the value of professional relationships and the nuances of leading a team

The hardest part of the job:
is to convince the leadership to push harder to protect the Enterprise Architecture team, to ensure that the senior leadership takes EA more seriously and to show them the benefits

The most enjoyable part of the job:
Working with one of the smartest guys in the company, interacting with the leadership, understanding their business vision and learning.

I have a long association with Invesco and the way I have grown  is amazing. Hierarchy is flat where  leads, managers and even super bosses are avaliable to answer to your questions when required. I had loads of opportunities in terms of learning,  exposure,  travel and collaboration. One other best part is, your voice heard and acted upon. Invesco listen to your ideas,  challenges and concerns that you want to share. I may be wrong here but my guess is average service of employees is around 5 years

I liked mostly everything about Invesco while working here. However seniors are mostly not willing to work as much as entry level employees which is why I ended up doing more work in a day than I supposed to do, I'll leave that to you to decide if it's good or bad.  Management is good and understanding. If you're hired on a contractual role(Temp) then I recommend you to leave as soon as possible because on roll employees have many more perks than the contractual employees and Temps are usually the hardest working ones.
Working at invesco will improve your professionalism and skills that are required to stay in the industry for longer. Overall a good place to work as long as you know when to exit.

-A typical day at work would consist of meeting deadlines for filing on time.
-I have attended various training programs such as developing interpersonal skills,communication essentials,crucial conversations,presentation skills, creative problem solving.
- My supervisors and managers are understanding and supportive
- My co-workers are fun to be with, professionals and good team-mates.
-Hardest part of my job - not really hard as everything can be learned with the help of the supervisors and team mates
- Most enjoyable part of the job -Working independently and sometimes with team.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Everything

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
you might have to stretch sometimes if someone is on leave from your team while you are the backup for those tasks. but most of the time you can manage within the 9hr work day

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
excellent, good, rewarding, open office culture.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
starts at 1.30 pm end by 10.30 pm, it's smooth unless you have some issues with your work. Managers are friendly no issues whatsover

It is an awesome company to work, the overall experience is good in terms of ever thing. The workplace culture and support from management has made me work for such a long time in the same company. I have learned the professional approach of dealing situations and problem-solving skills from Invesco. The dedication towards serving clients and support to employees in all the aspects will give moral support to enrich ourselves.

They are restrucuring mode, few friends of mine from EDO team lost their jobs as a part of layoff. Beware before joining this company. Favoritism is at its peak as natives from Andhra Pradesh are given priority over others. 

Quality of team and quality of work discussion is quite immatured, as they believe in lay back and watch attitude.
