Cannot do this role unless you complete a two week course in Security which can cost  $900 upwards or obtain a government grant, depending on your circumstances. 
Be prepared to outlay $800 for security license/ Asic/ drug and alcohol testing. 
All of the above can take up to 6 month to achieve. 
A lot of time and money to outlay before you even commence any employment at International Airport as Protection Officer which includes screening of passengers luggage for dangerous and prohibited items. Not an easy task and a lot of pressure to perform it perfectly after only 1 week of training which includes four other roles but are very basic. 
I was dismissed on the spot after 2 weeks on the floor due to finding screening difficult. Upper Management were not prepared to continue support with screening though I was improving and felt confident with ongoing practice. 
I'M GREATLY DISAPPOINTED about how easily one can be discarded after great efforts. 
I arrived on time every time. Always went beyond expectations with passengers and courteous and approachable towards my team members.
Never refused any task, minded my own business and was prepared to work any time of day or night. Difficult to plan life outside of work due to 2 weeks in advance only rosters initially.

Its a service organization with more than 5,00,000 employees over the globe. I handled a Vertical of 150 employees and the main challenge comes in addressing their grievances on a regular basis to reduce the attrition rate.

Got an exposure to various HR functions in a span of three years such as Recruitment, Employee Engagement, Grievance Management, Training and Induction, Audits and Employee Relations.

Handled the Employee Engagement activities on a monthly basis to ensure that there is Work Life Balance among the employees and	Effective Induction Process was designed to ensure that the employees are aware of the company policies, job knowledge and the onsite training.

My managers were supportive and i used to report to top management on a daily basis which further reduced the gap between the employee and employer

Hardest part of the job : - It is a service organization where the main challenge is to retain the unskilled employees/Semi skilled employees.

Most Enjoyable Part of the Job :- I always had a freedom to express myself and it was an opportunity for new ideas which inspired me to perform the best.

My time at ISS Global was spoiled by a profoundly unhealthy and toxic environment. The workplace culture was toxic, with abusive bosses of ISS facility, exerting excessive control through micromanagement and constant pressure.

Bosses were not just demanding; they were downright abusive. Their use of toxic language and constant pressure created a hostile atmosphere that made it difficult to focus on work.

The office had a lot of drama and politics going on, which made things even worse. Instead of helping each other out, it felt like everyone was just doing what the bosses said, even if it wasn't right. This made feel alone and like nobody had my back.

Because of above condition I had to leave my job with in a few months and regretted my decision of switching  off job.

In conclusion, this is not a place I would recommend to anyone seeking a positive work experience. The combination of abusive bosses, toxic environment, micromanagement, and lack of colleague support makes it a profoundly unpleasant place to work.

-> The last day of every month is a typical day for us. collection 
    targets will be discussed on that day, but i faced  less typical 
    days in my working period.
->Lot of things were there to learn, only sky is the limit. i have 
    learned,Team working,Prioritization,planning, implementation,  
    management skills, personality development, Target achieving, 
    Decision making skills, pressure handling,etc.
->Co-workers are good, in fact they are with me everyday,    
     Precisely i had a very good team.
-> My Managers/ superiors are good in nature and in fact they are   
    very supportive, they have supported me from the day 1, but no 
    one is 100% good in this world. I did't mean to degrade my   
    anyone, but this is the fact.
-> I love my job, we can only learn & grow in our profession only 
    when our job has some challenges. I came across all the 
    difficulties which are necessary to face. 
-> i had many of those enjoyable days in my period,mostly the 
    day when i got the go-getter award for achieving my first month 
    target, like maximum of months in my period i have enjoyed my 
    job.

Always to be on the call to sort out the operational hiccups which is day to day issues.  First half in the office and second half meeting the clients for review and discuss the operational issues at client site. I learnt no compromise to our entrusted duties an go ahead along with policies, processes that have been laid down by Management.  Management is supportive and help in resolving the issues of employees and encourage front liners and support staffs thru' RARE and APPLE programmes. My Co-workers are very supportive and happiest personnel and having helping tendency at the time of need. The hardest part of the job is salary grievances of employees which takes days together which has to be in a day or two. The most enjoyable part of the work is unity of co-workers and accomplishing the task in a given time frame

I was required to manage conflicting personalities, prepare reports and rosters while still working at a screening point. As site supervisor I quickly had to develop negotiating and conflict resolution skills, as well as how to process the reports and documentation the position required.Management on the whole were very supportive. In my role I dealt with ISS and Mackay Airport managements. My co-workers came from a variety of backgrounds and experiences but were professional enough to work as a team.The hardest part of the job was dealing with the general public which often required me to use my positive communication skills and conflict resolution techniques.The most enjoyable part was being thanked and praised for a job well done

A typical day is my night shift duty main isolator Neutral cable connection is loose by vendor before shut down activity after that Main panel voltage is variable, inform to facility executive he told check the panel loose contact I have check panel but I can't understand I am Afraid so I am cool After that Main Isolator check input cable Neutral cable connection is loose, so I have arrange cable laying 11th floor Main panel spare MCCB to 10th floor Main panel Before this panel is isolator switch OFF then connection 10th floor Panel is working After that Morning call facility executive inform all situation Management team is good support this situation.Realy this job work is remember

Lack of responsible leadership, and found that ISS security officers were frequently 'thrown into the deep end' without adequate training. The supervisors were very much egotisical in my opinion, and one supervisor looked down on the security officers as if they were expendable, and didn't even attempt to know the team under him.

I left the company because I desired a change, and to be appreciated in a friendly atmosphere, and learn and study. I want to be in a team that isn't disfunctional and lacking direction.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Over all company is good ,but some down level authorities like as executive and manager are behave rudely with employees so some of employees leave their job early.

Some behaviour of executive and manager is rude and after they changes your offc timing

All are good and friendly environment,and good culture from company side

When you have your own leaves and coffs then also managers not leave for holiday
