-Management is good but presently because of Oil & Gas Market being down, pruning manpower
-Discussions on monthly basis with top management is most enjoyable part of job
-Follow-up on collections, sometimes talking to clients for long overdue is toughest part of job

A day starts normally with socializing & start of work with meeting.
Very good focus on HSSE & Zero Harm culture at every point of time.
Very Polite behaviour & communication with everyone is expected.
Regular interactions with higher management is always there.

The project location, Gangtok was a paradise - a serene hill station to live and work. Colleagues were just too good, which resulted in fostering a great work atmosphere.

The HQ in Canberra was extremely supportive and ever-ready to lend  a helping hand to make the WASH project a grand success. The HR was very apt and extremely objective. 

Team bonding was at its pinnacle and cross departmental relationships and working patterns were like too good to be true, but they were true.

KBR had good Employee Engagement, which made the working life of employee relaxing, because there used to fun-filled days every month, a break from your regular work, which would refresh our mind, and make a good start to the work.
Also, the work culture was very relaxing, and subordinates were quite helpful.
Sad part was, there was very less monetary appreciation.

A few days back the chief architect was came to our site on that day i was very tied and finally me and colleagues all are satisfied   him with our workability .And i learnt so many new things about building work.My management also so good and i always jovial and co operative with colleagues.Nothing is hardest to me because i am very passionate about work and result oriented and i am always enjoy during my work.

Job Role is Execution of Construction Projects in Krishna District of Andhra Pradesh, India. Job involves in Identifiy Quality suppliers, call for tenders/Quotations, Check on Cost of project stage wise with the Bill of Quanitity & Projections, coordinate with project team to take corrective measure in case of any variences and manage the Financial & cost Accounitng of KBR infra tech.

Working interdepartmentally is very difficult when staff in many departments, especially talent acquisition, will not respond to emails or inquiries to get the job done. Favoritism is clearly rampant, as well as inflated egos to not be able to work collaboratively with coworkers. Unprofessional behavior is common and seems to go unaddressed.
