Dealing customers is not easy. each and every customer are different. behaviour of customer are rude in some situations. 
we should manage them to get calm. 
we have to avoid disturbing other customers 
transaction with company should be satisfied by customers.
management:
its good. 
getting development in career is so difficult.
we have to work in the same position until years passed away.
co workers:
they all are good. there is no differences in co workers.
hardest part:
working hours
loading jewels from locker room to counters in vice versa every day.
scanning every item at the end of the day.
standing all working hours.

1.Over all Experience is Good at KJ for 60days,
2.I learned many things here, 1.Patiences 2.Sacrifice.
3.Management is the actually a biggest problem in KJ, they want to rule New Local staff as per their Directions.
4.Co-workers are supportedable, but sometime selfiesh also, to achieve their Monthly scheme target the Make new Local staff fool.
5.Hardest part is Long working hours, an very hard deductions, an everyday Management change their Minds for Sales.
6.Most enjoyable part is to entertain customers with more complications, because this give us a chance to improve us.
Working at Kj is benefitable for those who wants to leave their native place, because they are availing the Benefit of transportation every month an this can be a great incentive for them.

As my professional experience has given me the capability to provide comprehensive through interacting and sale our items to customers. I am interested  in expanding my professional horizon by seeking new challenges.
I learned lots of from KALYAN Jewellers, when I was there as a Sales Executive.
I met there very Good Management, they treated as a friend. More than every customers got good  treats from they as a family member.
My co-workers helped me to grow in this field. First upon, how to interact to every customers and colleges , then how we can sale our items etc. Some times we got targets, when we achieve our targets that's moments I felt very happy.
When I have a customer , that moments only most enjoyable part of my Job.

The marketing job exceeded my expectations, offering a dynamic environment that fueled creativity and strategic thinking. The team's collaborative spirit and innovative approach made every day engaging. The diverse range of projects allowed me to hone various skills, from digital marketing to campaign analysis. The company's commitment to professional development through workshops and industry insights added significant value to my role. However, the fast-paced nature of the industry demanded adaptability and quick decision-making. A typical day at work is fast-paced and customer-focused, where I learned strong communication and sales skills. The management is supportive and encourages teamwork. The workplace culture is professional and collaborative. The hardest part is handling multiple customers during peak hours, but it helps improve multitasking abilities. The most enjoyable part is interacting with customers and achieving sales targets, which gives a sense of accomplishment.

U have to submit your mobile phone from 10:30 am upto 11 pm. U can't eat otherside food in the store, no sitting option for employees.u have to deal with customer in standing position from morning to evening.
I sugest if you are looking a great and respected place to work so don't join this company. Everytime money does not matter, some time you need your self respect.

There is independent work and independent effort to get better work

There is mobile not allowed that is the small problem. Because everyone has emergency problem

I am doing my level good at all gold exebition in my shop. That"s the result I am convinsing so many new coustomers to the shop. I have learned so many things in this company such as 
*Team working 
*Task completing 
*Buissiness technics to sell the product.
*Taking challenges.
*Co-ordination.
And my co-workers are more supporting and loving peoples. To convincing coustomers for buying diamond ornaments in our shop is the only hardest part in this job. To convincing coustomers is the most enjoyable part of the job.

Compny provide mess and food for men’s employees

The working hours you have to minimum 12 hours. I could sometimes 13 14 or 15 hours too

Only sales person got promotion

Dhanteras and akshya tritya on these days you have wake up whole night  have to do work. But you will be not paid extra and not get any appreciation
