3 shift available,day shift good for my and  offnight also batter, night shift i don't like it,it was affected my health.

Any fastival day i work in company, that is the answer.

You will have more freedom to discuss and express your thoughts and ideas to direct HOD, which they will implement if it works (From their perspective). It's the perfect place for a newbie to start their career. But, for the long term, it's not recommended. Politics will never make us grow there.  The most enjoyable part of the job is the leave management. You will get 36 casual leaves per year, which can be enchased too.

iam worked 3 years in lmw as a data entery operater company is good , easy to work fun and happy but sometimes stressfull , company canteen food is also good salary is very very low as a contract worker company staff salry is very very high good to wokr
