As a new college graduate, I started off with a collaborative project with other college graduates. We had to work as a team and understood the functioning of the engineering team. There was plenty of accommodation done by the managers to give sufficient time for us to learn and apply. 
Once we were inducted into our product groups, we received adequate opportunity compared to more experienced employees and also fantastic guidance in projects. 
Lam treated contractors and full-time employees alike, never saw any discrimination in whatever form. 
Lam was a great place to start my career.

This company is one of the best in the industry. It treats it employees as its biggest Asset. Really enjoyed working here. Management is friendly and extremely supportive. If you get to work in india normal shift then you would never leave this company as late night shifts is the only drawback of working here.

Except for few loose ends in management due to poor recruitment and lack of judgement, this is a ideal work place only for technical experts, the rest of the employee base don't fit in, however the pay scale and benefits are better.

Work life balance can be maintained

Involved in bug fixing and developing new features for the customer based on different requirements

Well only entry level engineers work in this company. Leads work for managers, managers work for senior managers. The real talent pool are the engineers and senior engineers. The management only collects irrelevant data for US people. And travel to US to gather data for indian folks. What a joke! #IYKYK

Work is not much interesting.
Management is careless.
Company is US  based so , we need to support late night meeting very often, which is irritating.
Hardest part of job is keep working in that office.

No good people manager
I would not recommend working here unless you enjoy no work life management. 
Perks are good. But what is the use of there is no mental peace. 

Over all good Company to work, depending on the team members and partners in the onsite, we have to extended timings to co ordinate with the US people and shift work some times it's horrible on the timins

Big environmebt so that lots of knowledge gain Learning new technology and managing all services and application. Virtualization and other applications like Microsoft software to work and gain knowledge.
