from MD to ground staffs are very worst and they will not see the employees safty and at the execution level they will not pay sub contractors running bills intime and materials will not be procured sufficiently and torture the field staff and salary of employees will not be paid before of every month 20-25th every month. at site they will not support employee, no PF, no mediclaim, no leaves.

Very Confusing for exciting project & financial  support is not there from company  heads...without financial help we can't complete work... delaying money....in time whether given money that time to still completed  work forcefully pressure the employees  ....for complete project...

Worst Management and No increments will be given after one year also and there is no HR Policies at all in Company. Long working Hrs. up to 9.00 pm every day.

It is a worrest company salary also not giving HR is very worrest.but MD madem is good. Remaining in charges are worst maintainence all.not giving contractors money also
