The day would usually fly by with all the work, looking after store maintenance, customer needs/relations, management of staff, improving staff performance, which directly affects sales.
The colleagues at the store were really good, there was a lot of team work, responsibilities were managed well as a team, however upper management was disappointing.
The hardest part of the job was shift management, timings were the biggest problem. Besides that every part of the job has taught me something and it was overall very enjoyable.

It was all ok with appointment and work until i left job due some personal issues. I really worked hard with one of the brand in Major brands called Lasenza due to which i was entitled to the incentive of Rs 3000 that too in the first month. Later on while leaving i was paid with my salary without incentive, when i asked about it, it was told to me that it will be paid along with my full and final settlement. Now it is almost 4 month i did not receive my incentive or pf money. They are fraud people.

As it was my first job in Retail everything was new to me and I had learnt so many thing regarding Apparels .but Management according to me wasnit good I had never get a good response when needed very rudely behaviour of the management no increment.I had give my 100% to the Brand.

I have join Major Brands on 1st August 2018, And my job is to make STN, WAYBILL and to Manage Transportation. And they didn't  gave a change in my job, I have to learn new things.

Major brands is a good company. The working culture is very good. Also from growth prospective it's a good company to work. I learned pressure management & the good part is the incentive structure.
