The work culture is generally good, with knowledgeable colleagues and helpful mentors.

However, work-life balance can be challenging due to tight project deadlines. While compensation and benefits are competitive, the workload can be demanding, requiring long hours at times. Career growth opportunities exist but may depend on team dynamics and location. Overall, Micron is a great company for those passionate about semiconductors and willing to put in the effort.

Poor management - Last 3 years Company has made record breaking revenues and profit but suspended appraisal 2 times including critical promotion hike. Regular official communication to employees says no impact on appraisal but its getting changed at last moment. 
Minimal Work life balance.
Poor and tasteless food quality in cafeteria

Management : 
Management should stick to whatever they say. They should prioritize employees first instead of aggressive future capital investments. Management should diversify product portfolio and not concentrate only to DRAM &amp; storage for which business is very cyclic and have Chinese supplier threat too.

People like to backstab and take credit for what you have done.

It has been a good experience working in the company. Salary is always on time and new office infra is also good. Because of global team structure working hours are not fixed but overall it is not a stressful environment 

I learned a lot of new things about SSD Memories and new technologies.
The employees were very friendly and helpful. I liked the work assessment and work culture.
Overall it was a great experience.

Here you can learn with some basic levels if you joined as a fresher.

And if you want to extend your carrier with a growth path you have to move from there once you got enough experience on the analytical and solving skills.

Work Timings could be more flexible. Team members were supportive and approachable.
Friendly environment and we could take short breaks whenever necessary.



Good for freshers but not that great salary for experienced .. but good work culture. Work wise also fresher and experienced do same repetitive work . H
