I was a Project trainee in the RD&Q DEPARTMENT of the Mumbai branch. I started my work as an intern and since first I was eager to learn about each and everything that they did. My job was estimate the nutritional value of the products that were researched and and maintaining all the records and excel sheets, maintenance of the RD & Q laboratory. Every day was different and new challenges were emerging. the best part is the work environment as it is fun loving and very productive. The management team was very kind and humble and also made sure every thing is going smoothly. Employees have good co-ordination. The best part is I got to learn about how they manufacture their products, their way of prioritising the safety of everything, checking the quality and maintaining the standards of the products and constantly working on the development of new products and improving the current products. As a trainee I just had an issue of the stipend as I wasn't paid for it but the learning experience and exploring every department was incredible.

During my internship, my initial half was sales oriented, so most of my day was spent with the company's sales team. With them, I learn t a lot about the daily nuances of a salesperson and also came to know about the several aspects which doesn't meet the eye from office. The entire sales team was thorough and helped to understand the business.
My later half required me to work with a third party which was involved in logistics. Working with them helped me to identify the loop holes which exist in the system and helped me to come up with recommendations to improve the system.
My second half was more strategy oriented and required me to work with the office team. My mentors nurtured me with their field experience and guided me during the course of the intern.
Overall, it was a very nice experience to work with a diverse team and learnt a lot about different aspects of the business.

Its a good company to improve our sales knowledge during short span of time. if we see the work culture also so good. During my internship i learnt what is the real market. As we know it is an MNC company so among the people mentality our organisation has good reputation. So that the reason i can easily make the sales. All of the sales officer suffers during month end sales. First i enter into market i face difficulties to adopt myself to handle the customer.After three months of my internship i made myself to the market world..

I have joined this company as an intern for the duration of five months. I have been given a project to develop effective training methodology for the site. Employees involved in this project were enthusiastic and guided me well. I have been provided with insights on various functions such as Employee Training, Continous Improvement, QA & QC, Food Safety, Utility and Others. On a whole, I would say it is one of the best places to work for among all other food processing industries in India.

This is my first job and i am very lucky to be a part of such a top organisation. Job environment is very challenging at first but then it is at first, seniors here are very helpful in all aspects . They help you grow. All the management are also very understanding . Work here is in shifts. Hardest part of this job is to face first 1 month or so then everything is so easy. Great learning experience .

•	Handled day-to-day Maintained operations of 3 Plant’s (Crumb, Moulding  & Utility) 
•	Responsible for maintained operations for entire plant with all agreed business targets like - Tech. efficiencies, Zero Injury, Zero Quality Defect,  Factory Profit, , Product Innovations Energy and Water Saving Initiatives, initiative in reduction of MTTR and MTBF.
•	Operation and maintenance of the entire instrumentation, electrical system of Crumb ,Moulding processing operation, packing systems.

I was quality assurance intern. I learned many issues related to quality in a chocolate manufacturing plant. 
Tasks assigned by my supervisor resulted in very productive outcomes. I learned process mapping and IL6S i.e integrated lean 6 six methodologies to train officials working in the food company.

Working with Diageo from last december 2015 in india at regional quality center. Being food technologist with 6.5 years of experience in world's top 3 ranker namely SAB miller breweries ltd, Kraft foods (mondelez foods), Diageo (United spirits ltd). with rich experience in integrated lean six sigma culture, Process improvement, New product developement, Food saftey HACCP, Certified Internal auditor, cost reduction projects.

I have always enjoyed working with Mondelez with continuous growth opportunities and the flexibility to employees with work from home and flexi hourse arrangement is great. Especially for women it is very good place to work with. The only challenge is the constant change of organization structure, leadership puts pressure on employees putting their career under uncertainty and job security under pressure.
