Typical day is chasing head office because the correct stock levels do not come into the store and not being able to get popular lines in, followed by several unnecessary conference calls about things that don't put money in the till. 
As a company they lost there way and process customers like a piece of data, trying to capture email addresses to spam the customers. As a children s retailer they shouldn't be harassing young mums into get credit they cant afford to pay back, Even if your sales are up on last year this isnt good enough as they want you to sign up  credit agreements. I learnt quickly that the leadership of the RM's were poor and very demolishing and surprised and often threatened poor performance management but in a very aggressive manner. The customers were amazing thou, they made the day bearable. Hardest part of the job was communicating with the region managers as they were unapproachable and not the best with problem solving.

Most enjoyable aspect was leaving : )

I learned a lot by working in this company. The products of the company are so good and reliable that every person would like to have them. The company also takes great care of its employees. I never felt that I am working under a lot of pressure .From the cleanliness to the grooming of the staff everything is fine.

When the customers footfall is very low its a boring and typical day
In Mothercare i got a new knowledge of clothing,home&travel.
My seniors are very friendly with us whenever we are in  trouble they help us instead of shouting they solves our problems and customers quiries.
Wen sale is increasing its a very enjoyable day for us.

Serves as a customer service and sales representative. Through the providing of fashion advice and assistance of customers in the selection process, fulfills the customer’s needs and helps the store sell additional merchandise, increasing overall customer satisfaction and company profit etc.

Weekend was more typical days at work. I learned there about different kind of products and how to sale the products. It was very friendly work culture. The most enjoyable part of my work was working with team, selling the different type of products and every day intract with new customers.

A typical day at RBL is packed with tasks aligned for the day, constant meetings with other teams, gaining insights and leading the tasks to its completion. I learned the skill to build a vision for the brand, to foresee challenges and to plan the route ahead.

I love the company I love mothercare but somehow you will give up and let go because the store manager that you've been with will be the one to drag you down.
