Nagarro is overall a good companies for those who want to work blindly. But not for those who want work life balance. Nagarro treats employees as slave and expects one to overwork.

Gives good compensation, but for what value if you have to work on weekends and can't spend time with your family and friends.

Very nice for freshers who want to start their career in Software Development. A good training with individual mentoring and some challenging work.
Culture is not so good as there's no recognition for your work. Management needs to improve. No work-life balance. Very political.

Good company to hire any professional with any package, Employee Engagement part is excellent which I never heard & seen before

Very good work culture and opportunity to learn new technologies/methodologies. Typical day would include daily stand up meetings with teams, updating/reviewing JIRA, analyzing/reporting risk, any other meetings (audit, retrospective, etc).

Nagarro is an awesome place to work! The hours are pretty typical but some days would go longer than others. There is a lot of creativity in this space and no question is a stupid one! I like that I was able to speak my mind and be heard.

The work culture is great. I joined as a Fresher and came across highly skilled colleagues but recently they have increased the head count and that is leading to some sub-standard hires. Overall its a great company to work for in NCR

Nagarro is a good place to learn and grow, within a short span. However, the work approach can be challenging considering the work load and work culture. Nevertheless, a great company to work at, if you're passionate about growth.
