Japanese company with focus on team work and great work/life balance ! Great place to work, but the issue is lack of growth opportunities. Sometimes, there is a lack of long term vision and quick decision making.

Loose management control and internal disturbances with unorganized structure. Lot of improvements required to be done in terms of control, process and delegation of work but people are not managed in common direction.

Five days a week working, good exposure and acceptability of the product in the industrial market. A place to work for again and again that's the reason joined the company twice in my career period and still I can join if any suitable opportunity found.

I learned import and export process and how to better control on inventory management and very good workplace culture and its japan based company and good process at inventory , warehouse management

Really a very good company were I have learned sales skills & Techincal skills. I have benefited a lot from company. Day to day activity & Reporting sturcture are different from my previous employer.

Worked in the company for around 4 months .Was in charge of hospital segment of Omron range products ( B.P monitors,Thermometers,Nebulizers) on a Pan India basis.

Taking care of installation and commissioning of process control instruments in process industries. Learnt lot of process control instruments.
