I joined this organization at ₹60000 per annum CTC as a fresher and an undergraduate. Today, I am in senior management at the same company with more than 30 times the CTC I started with. Have traveled abroad many times.
As long as you are smart, hardworking and patient, you can grow and do bi things here!
Work culture is good. Quite a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Open door policy enables you to have concerns addressed at any level when and if needed. Given that this is not a billion dollar company, flexibility and speed of making changes is an asset.
Cafeteria and related facilities can be improved. Transport facility is average - can be better. Appraisal system isn't the greatest but is not very bad either. Salary is always on time and no unexplained deductions.
Work place is what you make of it!

A good work environment prevails in the floor. However the work culture and the HR will always fail to impress you. The management is very unorganised with some stupid managers sitting on the top level hierarchy. The Accounts team can change your salary structure any time of the year to save on company taxes or for any new change made by the government in order to save their own profits without benifitting you in any way. No ideas or views are respected or heard out.

Three problems at OPT. 1) gossip about personal life of an employee to a huge level if they come to know about any of your problems by chance. 2) Uniform policy is not followed for all the employees at times. Trainer may try to fail you if she or he has personal grudge on you and you have to really fight back for your say however if you stick and fight they will listen to you. 3) Resignation process is very poor if you submit your resignation to your manager Hr will keep you waiting for ages to talk to you and if you fail to meet then no release letter is given.

A typical day at work when u all of a sudden hear everything go silent and the only thing you can hear is all the keyboards rattling  just 3hours before logging off everything being bouble checked just to make sure nothing was missed.

I learned multiply types of work types and strategiesand many more things.

After working for a year everyone expect a decent upraise which rarely happens.

The most enjoyable part of the job is you are responsible for your work. Simple



Very homely atmosphere. However ,for better effeciency ar work  the chairs need to be much more comfortable and with a high back rest for people with severe cervical spondolosysis. Productivity of work can be improved  thus,value for the company can reach manifold .,a good hike per year according to industry standards also very much boost up the energy a  lot. .ogaeencouragement

i used to work in the night shifts. the induction and training sessions are good an it was fun then.. but as of now i am working and now i really came to know how your work life is supposed to be. i used to work  sincerely and had a good rapport with my colleagues. the management is also good here. we celebrate each and every festival here and time to time our manager use to conduct some kind of fun games to make us relax from our daily routine life..

in this company i used to communicate wityh many candidates..it was a different experience , i use dto take telephonic interviews, and ist round...as well as do the joining formalities documentations of the selected candidates..

however, as it was a  contractual job so it was not at all secured........and that also for 3 months...so i was quite dissapointed from this, and was seeking a gud and better option so taht i cans ecure my job, and will learn things so that to enhance my career, experience and my job profile...

Built on my Team and Client management skills. Have learnt to motivate Team members not only as a direct manager but also as a Friend who they feel is approachable. Maintaining KRAs and helping the Team to achieve them. But also allowing a comfort space as well to the Team to motivate them. 

Hardest Part of this task is finding the right resource for the right process.

The work life balance is very good and team leads are very supportive. The quality analyst is also  very helpful. People help you balance your personal life and work life. They encourage you to perform better and makes you understand when you do a mistake. Because of the job satisfaction is so better that people are working here for more then 10 years. And none of the old employees gave any bad reviews.
