A typical day at work
I start the day before: anything pending at the end of the day takes priority first thing in the morning, Will do Follow ups if any schedules and meeting with my supervisor. Then I follow through with the tasks needed to be done that day, as well as anything else that comes up. By the end of the day, I make up a to-do list for tomorrow, clean up my desk, and set out the pending things next to my list to tackle them first thing in the morning.

The most enjoyable part of the job 
Executive Search is something I knew very little about when I came for interview but is now something I care passionately about. On a day to day basis I enjoy the challenge of finding individuals and the chance to speak to them but on a wider bigger picture I enjoy that knowledge that in a very small way I am helping our clients and perhaps even society develop and change as a result of appointing people into roles who really make a difference.

The Executives at Primus are co-operative and helpful, they guide thoroughly throughout the process and try to resolve every queries possible.
Furthermore, The work culture is good and there's support from the team while getting through the early phase.

It has been a wonderful experience with the company since my joining day. I had been working on Hybrid model instead of that Manager and HR/Admins try to establish contact and help out with the issues being faced by my end. A very cooperative faculty. Even after working from clients place never felt I had not been in commect to Primus.  

As I was in to recruitment , it was target based job but work culture was good and with disciplined environment makes it better place to work. Helping nature of seniors given me the opportunity to learn many thing about work. Though I didn't work for too long for my personal reason I learned a lot about recruitment.

I just started working with my client and so far my training period is going on so it is too early to say anything. Primus was very helpful and guided me very well during the interview and post interview process.

It has very good management and HR team to support and very good environment to work. there will place you in big MNCS no short time. my working company is LTI MINDTREE i am working as a Primus global representative in LTI MINDTREE.

The people in company was more friendly talking it was very easy to communicate with everyone and make many kinds of knowledge and take advises from everyone I am great experience sharing knowledge with different kinds of peoples.

The Work Environment is very supportive. All the colleauges  and superiors are very friendly and supportive. It's a great place to learn and grow. good Having peaceful work pressure.
