I am working in citi project  and it gives boost to my job  experience . 
I am working in different technologies and maximum time we are spending on finding bug or fix by doing more analysis in this big project. 
It is not a simple job  to find issue that is a big process and more steps involved to find the issue .

I am good experience in analysis in big project and now i am looking another aspect to my salary improvement to meet my future family balance and need to solve my personal problems so that i am looking new job or position  to meet my personal things and  to improve my experience  to go ahead with better future.

•	Planning, designing, preparation of specificationand even development 
•	Product development as per specification and requirement
•	Code walk through and manual testing
•	Source Manager – Handling internal change requests and integrating modified Source.
•	Configuration Manager – Responsible for maintaining quality documents like 
Change requests, Bug tracker, Work breakdown structure etc.

Work Environment is very good. Everybody should be maintained the time management. who are late comers. should be fine 10Rs.
Our team member all good behavior.

I found it very difficult to work with that client, consistent pressure and no support from Management. 

Very few support from the Management to protect their employees. 

Once you are on the bench, means you have to GO!!!!
