My day to day life at work begin with black tea and checking personal stuffs. Moving on to work to be completed for the day with no much heavy workload but sometimes do.

Learnt new process like scraping the data from website, price management, timeshare business etc. Management is being good to the employee and provide opportunity to give ideas for the business growth and also personal growth.

Rather than co-workers we are more often be friends. Play, chat and also do work that too we help each other to accomplish the work rather than put all to one.

Some deadlines to be met will be hard and coordinating with onsite guys. I enjoy what I do and I have the freedom to do in my way and come up with my own ideas.

Sales target for inbound calls are easy compared to the outbound ones.

Managements usual motivational dialogue 'There are many types of fishes in the sea'. So it is our luck whether we get the sardine or the blue whale at the end of the week.

If you are lucky enough to swipe the customers card then you are the hero else you will feel to cry out loud.

Achieved year end productivity improvement of 136%, and on time delivery of 75%

Basically they have nothing to sell, the job is mostly involved in cross-selling.
I learnt client relations, rapport building, sales pitch etc and also lying, cheating and fake promising the clients.
Management is very supportive, not much pressure on the role.
Work place culture is pathetic as your own teammates will back-stab you just to get their sales done.
Hardest part is turning yourself into a fraudster just to get numbers & improve performance.
Most enjoyable part is company's leave policy is great, plus employees get up to 3 weeks of free accommodation in company's affiliated resorts post probation.

In RCI we send members on our memorable holidays its a good place to workTrain new joinee about the RCI system and help them to improve on the sales skills and promote them to join sales team according to the performance in the training. ● Take care of the team if any team leader or manager not available in the office. ● Give presentation about the new resorts and the destination. ● When

It was a different experience here. It was fun place to be. Productivity was high but still not satisfied with it. Freshers did not have any opportunities to go high. No proper training given to new comers. It's a nice place to work but not a cup of tea for all.

The people, culture, management, and work/life balance are all incredible!
The work environment/company culture was positive and they a option for flexible shift timings.

It was a good place to work. You interact with local counsels across the globe on company related matters. The work will be fast paced. the work primarily involves title and compliance due diligence, litigation matters and contract.
