 Reviews the design documents for its completeness and process adequacy to meet the Client requirement
 Have proofread the designed products done by Graphic designers in the platform of InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
 Have represented two teams Quality check process and maintaining it with the client expectation
 Creating documents in PPT, Word, Excel, and Client template as per their request
 Understand the Client Requirement and managing the workload that is substantial in volume, value and complexity and develop strong working relationships within all related areas of the firm

 Preparing the Quality plans with necessary inputs from the Quality Manager.

•	Prepares  source  data  for  computer  entry  by  compiling  and  sorting  information; establishing entry priorities.
•	Processes  customer  and  account  source  documents  by  reviewing  data  for  deficiencies;  resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for resolution.
•	Enters customer and account data by inputting alphabetic and numeric information on keyboard or optical scanner according to screen format.
•	Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.
•	Verifies entered customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data; combining data from both systems when account information is incomplete; purging files to eliminate duplication of data.
•	Tests customer and account system changes and upgrades by inputting new data; reviewing output.
•	Secures information by completing data base backups.
•	Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
•	Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.

I have heard from people who were here since its was OfficeTiger and employees had a very good time, Good Bonus & Increment, Level 1 workers were safe. But after it was taken over by RR Donnelley everything was opposite. Yearly increments were in the range of Rs.300.00 to Rs.800.00 for a Grade 1 employee with a salary of Rs.12,000.00 and the Bonus ranges from Rs.5,000 - Rs.8,000.00.

Shift hours were 9hrs with only 6 week offs per month. (not sure whether its correct as per labor law since most of the companies follow hrs with weekly doubly offs. Also some one said that there should not overlapping shifts as per law.) 1st and 2nd shift will always overlap for 3hrs.

None of the middle management knows the office rules and regulations clearly. The proceed with what ever they know. And what ever the middle managers says we (Grade 1) have to obey and accept. If we raise any questions then we will be noted and the appraisal is gone for us. Middle managers think only about their growth and not under them.

There are lot more to say about internal politics. There is no validation on why or how a person selected for Grade 2.

A typical day at work means I would have to check my schedule and ensure I am all geared up for the training session at hand, with the required handouts and exercises. This also entails me to ensure training rooms are booked ahead of my sessions through coordinating with the room booking team. I may have to attend meetings either face-to-face or through a tele-conference call to update my boss about the past and future schedules.

I learned to be very flexible in doing multiple things which requires a lot of planning ahead. Also I learned to approach my job with an innovative mind.

The management at RR Donnelley, Chennai is warm. A lot of opportunities to be creative and innovating is part of the culture. 

As my co-workers fall into different age groups, I enjoy working, as I have learned to deal with different situations.

The hardest part of the job may to be in different locations during the day.

The most enjoyable part of the job is interacting with different people that provides me with the Joie de Vivre.

•	Analyzing detailed Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement and Statement of Shareholders Equity. Capturing each details pertaining to financials of the company.
•	Provide high quality, real time support on filing of financial Reports/Statements in support of client projects as per SEC requirement.
•	Communicating the identified quality issues to the Backend Operations to fix the quality issues and thereby ensuring the quality of the department in gaining Client Satisfaction.
•	Testing different ways to work on the tool and find out ways to process improvement and quality of the package to be delivered to the end client.
•	Converting the Financial information of the company into XBRL format using a XBRL Tool, assigning the appropriate elements and tag to each data.
•	Ensuring good team-morale by way of providing continuous knowledge and other needed support, gaining team member’s confidence.
•	Responsible for team productivity, quality and client queries. Coordinating between manager and team members to attain team objective.

I have been working here for 8 years. Free food (once a day based on shift timing), free beverages (coupons), free transport are the main best facilities offered by the company. Salary is much lower than market standards. The company gives more than required importance to fun at work, sometimes to level of distracting employees from work. Even though English is the official language, most of the associate level employees speak local language. Rules are not followed or enforced effectively. Company management encourage open communication up to a certain limit. Casual dress code.
Depending on the work nature and project, the company offer some flexibility for shift timings. This usually helps employees to do their personal work. Some of the trainings offered by L&D team are good. 
Awesome place for those who do not have financial responsibilities and those who give more importance to fun and other non-work related activities. Favoritism and biased decision making is rampant across all levels.

My typical day at work starts with a mail from our manager about the  jobs we have to clear on the day. As a team leader of a team consisting of 17 resources, I'l be assigning works to them via SAP platform. Then keeps monitoring their works hourly. Pulling data from earlier days of production, Quality, New updates and making a report and mail it to the manager and senior management of our project. Also clearing doubts of my team mates regarding work. Also will have to help them complete their targets and maintain their quality of the work. Later have to send mail to the client regarding the completion of work and the quality maintained by my team. Then if required need to organize and attend a video conference with the client, managers and team leaders to have a clear view about. Then wind up the day with a mail to the manager about the days activity and to the team mates about their days work and what area to improve.

The job, work place, team every thing was comfortable with me.

I have learned how to be a good team player, people oriented person, how to manage time and work, how to over come the project or job hurdles.

The RRD management is simply superb, they provide all sort of working environment for the smooth functioning of the firm, also they provide recreation programs. they have a well structured management system.

I have kept an healthy relation with my every co-workers. Every one was friendly and cooperative and ready to help in any situations.

At every point of time my cell leads and managers are ready to help, so i don't remember any such situation where i felt my job is an herculean task. In the beginning its self they have given my proper training related to my job and keep on updating the new information and clarify my doubts.

The most enjoyable part of the job is when i was awarded for my achievement This award is given when we met 100% production along with 100% Quality.
