I found every day as a new challenging day in Radico, started to learn from Hand written book keeping, passing through different accounting software, becoming a member for configuration Team for SAP software in 2003, Management techniques taught direct by Chairman, there are unlimited lessons learned in Radico. HR Department is without doubt is worth International. hardest part was direct reporting to the Owners and placement on deputation as Business head in a subsidiary company in the last tenure. I most enjoyed on assignments to work abroad in export. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
Very bad culture of working @11 hrs.
No proper food provided to employees,
No any perks or benificial for employees. Every month employees recruited and maximum employees left the jobs within 12-18 months.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
No proper office, no proper work culture, Very low salary slabs, etc

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Come hear to work & go out within 2 years, no career future.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Once a time Worked upto night 12 AM at tetra packaging machine but no late night tea or food provided by company.

The working with Radico is a great experience in market as well as with excise department  of UP  govt.

The in house pressure of performance is much high as it had the need.
Actually the selection criteria of the company us more scientific,  hence every employee is self motivated and result oriented and they hadn't any need to give more pressure to perform. The best possible efforts put by the employee of Radico. But inspite of this fact company has to shower more working pressure which is not good.
