I joined Revolut with high hopes and full dedication, but my experience was deeply disappointing. The assessment and termination process felt completely unfair and poorly handled. My first test was invalidated due to suspicion without any proof or proper communication, and I was never informed that using AI tools was prohibited before the test. Many of us were confused because the rules kept changing mid-way, and there was zero transparency in how decisions were made.

Even after giving my second supervised attempt and scoring decently, I was still removed without a fair review or explanation. It honestly felt like the decision was already made, and no one cared to hear our side. The management during training showed no empathy or support — instead of guiding us, they created pressure and uncertainty. 

I hope Revolut seriously reconsiders how it treats trainees and probationary employees. Hardworking people shouldn’t lose opportunities because of unclear policies and one-sided decisions.

Nothing 
The money is maybe good for some people but it won’t be worth giving your mental peace

The daily work is exhausting not because work is exhausting but because management will suck up your mental peace and you won’t be able to focus on work.

Worst i have ever seen in my life 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Doing work getting no support but lectured by TL for even a small mistake

They have the most toxic work culture I've ever seen, and they're proud of it.  They have no interest in improving their culture, so if you join the organization, keep this mind. Some departments are improving, but in general their work culture is being promoted by the HR that has no interest in actually walking the talk.
The learning is what you make of it, they give you no resources to grow. Their way of management is chaos and shifting responsibilities to others.
The number of people I've seen leaving in less than a year is unbelievable.

Everything, nothing or no one is good to you or is ready to reach you anything properly when in Doubt

The worst, never have I seen a corporate company having such a bad work environment and culture.

Scared of losing your job even if you're giving your best, nothing else to it.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Work-life balance and supportive environment.

Attaining KPI goals was kind of difficult.

Absolutely beautiful and calm. No unnecessary stress.

Revolut is definitely one of the worst workplaces, they have unusually complicated process, too many corporate hoops, no proper support or structure, things are scattered and it's too pressuring.

I have met with 6 people on my team and all of them are so open that they feel so stressed out and pressured, 

Hire and fire policy.I had to work for twelve to fourteen hours a day, just to meet my kpi's. I was a remote employee. I used to feel isolated, disconnected. They provide chromebooks, which comes with bare minimum specifications and laggs a lot. I missed my productivity kpi by 0.15 points and they fired me. 

I had learned so much during my probation than most of my roles before Revolut. Amazing organization! I've had the opportunity to work with brilliant minds, especially my reporting manager for Indian Geography.

No job security, good pay, not enough training, unrealistic probation goals since day 1. Managers do not care about you. There is no support once you go on floor. You are on your own.

Compensation could be more and it will take some more time for it to become a better company as management needs a proper change that will bring policies for employees.
