I worked at RAGC as a visiting faculty for over a month and a half. The management from top onwards is very courteous, professional and considerate. From the administration staff to the top honchos, everyone, as well as the infrastructure, has a very positive and productive vibe about them. The students are disciplined and diligent, thanks to RAGC's strict yet engaging curriculum. The infrastructure is quite good and they keep it clean and swanky at all times. I had complete freedom over planning and delivering my lessons. They do have systems in place: submitting lesson plans, filing performance reports etc... all of which are productive and useful, unlike some places that bury you in paperwork.
I would recommend RAGC as a professional place to work in my capacity as a visiting faculty.

The most worst trend and work practices are followed with people are considered as labours and loaded with non-productive and unimaginable time hounding. All top management themselves don't know what to do and expect the rocket science from employees. Total wastage of one's working tactics and skills.

Worst management with stringent thought process. Top management is unclear about strategies just want the implementation at full profit  do not care about employees.

I was at Manger position still U will not get auto allowance for the travel. They call you manager but reality u r the one end to end handler. They stress employees badly.

Good co-workers, Learn so much new things, Very unreliable managements. Work on your own risk, Do not refer to anyone if you do not want to spoil your relationship

The atmosphere is stressful and always the fear of job security.
Seniors demand to much very dictatorial and always give you the vibe the if job not done will loose your job.
Processes keep changing to the benefit of seniors. 
Not clarity in how job is done you driven to make a mistake and the cornred for thr same

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Can't think of much. Everything is good.

Here we as team work to prepare our next generation future industry ready. All faculties are industry personnel. Continuous engaging and provides opportunity to grow and self development. You can grow if you realy want, only hard and smart work needed.

They ll make your life imbalance with payment delay always. Worse management and no job security at all. Poor work culture. I spent years there and they ll not value you.

Overall good workplace as well as all the senior were helpful . They are always try to  evolve with latest technologies all the time .
