A typical day would start with the previous days productivity and tips to be consistent or improve accordingly. My team lead would constantly encourage on improve on the productivity for every couple of hours. Hardest part of the job was to rate the operators on their quality of work which would effect their bonus. Working with a fun filled team always encouraged to me give in more for the team.

My job is with an international client ( national rail enquirers) deals with UK railways. we manage any enquirers directly from the customer. I have learned budgeting staff costing along with my day to day work. Hardest part of the job is to manage time. Most enjoyable is people management. Work with different people and mange them.

All day work with fun, customers drop in with many queries and i learned tom understand what d person is trying to tell..
Management was done by myself in branch in which i was assigned.. 
Convincing was the most difficult part because customers were not at all interested in the product. but i was able to convince them too.

It was fun to work with 'Serco' with an healthy environment and employee friendly.There were no rotational shifts and the colleagues are also very helpful and like minded people and to an amazement there is nothing hard in the workplace.

everyday we are getting more than 50 calls from uae.Differnt country peoples.That was very difficult to manage all peoples.calling with differnentminds like frustrated,irritated,confused,tensed etc..

As a Customer support , I learned to know the sort out the issues of customers related to the product .
For me the biggest aim is to provide the accurate answers ,with satisfaction.

At the end of the day Bringing Smile to the Customers is the main motto .. along with my team.

I was really happy as i was selected for the best quality across the floor & also was given a team to handle in my team leaders absence.Was also selected to grrom the process knowledge for the new comers in the process.

One of the best BPO to work good team work support staff is excellent fun activities every week you get appreciated for your hard work good working ethics given to employes

It was fun working with Serco as i have worked thier as a mentor ,
My colleagues were very supportive and coooprative .
I leared a lot from serco that was a good experience all together.
