1.	Maintain the sale of PVC,SWR,SWR Lite salesman wise & report to the GM & Director
Order taking, SO & Release
1.	Call the dealer/Distributor for order.
2.	Mail for sales order creation
3.	Release the sales order from HOD & Director
Change in order
1.	Coordinate if any changes in order happen.
Loading Schedule
1.	Meet production dept. for loading schedule as per order received.
2.	Inform the sales person/party the delivery schedule 
Arrange logistic
1.	Mail logistic department for truck.

Coordinate the loading team during loading
1.	Continuous coordination with the loading team.
Gift Distribution
1.	Distribute gift items.
SAP related
1.	Follow up pending orders.
2.	Arrange to create new material code for new materials.
3.	Arrange to create new party code for new parties.
4.	Follow up pending for release sales orders.
5.	Check the overdue/Credit limit before/during loading.
Payment related
1.	Check if the payment is credited to party’s account.
2.	If not credited, confirm from HO & arrange to credit.

I personally think Skipper is a good place to work. But they should offer a decent Salary to their employees. Because work life & personal life are totally mixed here. One has to work full 9 hours and again 3-4 hours after returning home. Lot of benifits are provided like ESIC, PF, HRA, Free bus service, Free rooms in some cases, emergency gate pass facility, ambulance service, in house medical chember, large parking lot, water & sanitary solutions etc etc. Again it has the latest ERP system, all time instant shop drawing availability, cooperation from seniors, regular document follow ups, open space for better air circulation, better security services etc etc. Overall my review is working here is prestigious but the only problem is they don't provide decent Salary to the employees. I personally can not balance my work life and personal life.

This company operated by non technical people.Even in quality department lots of non technical people working. They did not give respect to a new comers. No material traceability, those people working in field are mixed diffrent grade items and the responsibility goes to laboratory.

12 hours continue work without no rest

Its a good company to work with. There are many things to learn about projects, tenders, production handling, approvals. 
Though there is no target for the project, but the whole team works hard to surpass there own benchmark everytime.
