It's not only about this organisation but same is there for this industry as everything is urgent here so sometimes you will feel exhausted and irritated

Work culture here is good and you will like it

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It's 9:30 to 6:30 and you can leave after completing your working hours

The company culture is almost like a government... Slow syatem but effient people who hanndle the situation putting theire 200percent ..slow growth in terms of profile position but you may earn big by spending many years ....company need peaple who wants to spend theire lives in the organisarion for small piece of amount monthly but you may get yearly bonus in lakhs...

Working  process are manual like paper work., Even in digitalized 
Channel Partners not supported Not cooperating .,
Bancassurance bifurcation in Various segments. Putting employees in any channel without informing to employees. Not Supporting staff., No job Security., Not Consider employees as a Company staff.

I would like to prefer for operations team like Mail Room Service and SME Team 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There is no stressful at SBI general insurance company 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Every one should be coordinating with team handling and so many conduct the cultural meeting

At SBI General Insurance my over all experience is really very good.
Started my career in December 2015 and since then my experience in this company has been very encouraging.
Company and the Reporting Managers have always been accessible for any support.
A perfect place to work and maintain work life balance.
Has given me lot of experience in helped me in developing overall skills and knowledge.

In my last job, we were all set to begin a project when everything that could go wrong, did. While some team members panicked and suggested a delay was inevitable, I suggested we all collect ourselves and lay out alternatives for each challenge. We spent the morning taking action on alternatives and were able to start on schedule. It turned into a very successful project.

Sourcing of Different type of business from 31 SBI branches which comes under the BETTIAH RBO (Regional Business Office) which is my base location.
Types of Businesses:- 
a)	Health Insurance Policy.
b)	Personal Accidental Policy.
c)	Motor Insurance policy.
d)	Long Term Home insurance policy
And several kind of insurance policies in different sectors.

1) Every day we enjoy to work .
2) Listening skills , demonstrating skills, quick and good decision making skills.
3)Guiding in our career growth.
4)Family atmosphere because of them.
5) Working on sundays.
6) Every day we enjoy to work . We learn new things every day & meeting new people

Please do not join in this company. As they dont have any work culture, work process. Company paid on time but work life balance is worst. Provided with JD there is no match with the actual work process. There is no job security. Anytime employee can loose their job.

Its a Field of Education for me.
Handling inbound calls
Learnt a lot about General insurance and Claim Registration.
Endorsement in the policies.
Co - workers are helpful
Hardest part is to hold back your patience while communicating to an Irate Customer.
Get to talk and Interact with people and sharing knowledge about Insurance.
