I enjoyed my experience at SFO (a little over 1.5 years) and during my time there I was involved in several advanced projects from which I was able to learn quite a bit. The managers granted me enough of freedom in terms of project work and I was never micromanaged. The environment is quite fast paced, but I did not find it difficult to keep up. 

My colleagues at SFO (juniors, seniors and peers) were extremely helpful and kind. All are willing to show the ropes to newcomers and I felt at home from the very first day. The company is especially good for freshers who have little to no experience as the varied nature of the work they are exposed to, molds them for any sort challenge they may face later on in their careers. 

My work was fulfilling and I am very pleased to say that there was never a dull moment during my tenure at SFO. Although there were tough days, as when project requirements are suddenly changed or when we hit a tough design challenge, we as a team were always able to over come said obstacles and move forward. 


Coordinates all Man power requirement at corporate level for 4 different manufacturing units. Skill planning and assessment for different Vacant Positions. Meetings with Department Heads to understand training requirements for team and also gaps that needs to be filled in terms of recruitment and training. Coordinating recruitment and training for a company with more than 3500 employees across 4 different locations was difficult. Interacting with different heads about different products manufactured and key skills to be developed for each product development helped in better knowledge about process, quality and products.

Employee Engagement activities promoted team work and better visibility to all employees amongst other teams across locations.

SFO Technologies is one of the leading Electronics manufacturing company in India. it is a NEST group company. i had learned a competitive work environment from SFO. it was a excellent experience for me which gave me a platform for my further career growth. my job responsible was Finance officer - Accounts payable/Receivable.

From my responsblity i got an opportunity to  interact with lots of multinational companies mainly our customers such as General Electricals (GE), Alstom UK, Goodrich Aerospace, Philips Ultrasound, Brandrex, Hitachi, Avalon Technologies, Sanmina , RGIS, Stanley Black & Decker etc.. lot of work delegation, chain of operations of SFO also i had learned. i follow up with majority of customers for timely payment and suppliers for making payment.

Achieving of monthly target and follow uping with certain customers with no response regarded  was more challenging.

I have 3 years of experience in hardware embedded field which involves 1 year as trainee and 2 years of involvement in real time projects. My work includes capturing the requirement , designing the digital logic circuits, risk assessment, designning of PCB's using CAD tools, manufacturing PCB, board assembly, and board bring up. I also have knowledge in embedded C and have hands on experience in Freescale, TI, Microchip and Atmel microcontrollers. I worked in groups of 5 to 10 members. Hardest part of the project was bug fixing within short deaddlines provided. Most enjoyable part of the work was the learning process and practical exposure.

Good job in SFO, safe working environment. Not in permanent in job. The management in very bad and no responsible at every time. They take us under a consultancy. The hardest part of job is using confirmal coating in circuit, its a risking part of the job. but the risk allowance in very low. No enjoyable part in the job. Full time work in pressure. Sometimes the target will be chance, may be every day or every weak. Safest working environment, the lab full of Anti-static materials. Low salary and no increment  in salary or no change in shift allowance.

I could learn the ISO 13485 QMS, ISO9001  QMS & CMMI Level 3 process.We have different type of products from multiple domain. Like medical, Industrial, Fibre Optics, Communication, & power supply. Hence I got vast knowledge about the product compliance & testing of multiple domain products.
My co workers are very friendly & the working atmosphere is very good.
I am enjoying my role as a quality assurance , like process consultancy to projects, Compliance regulatory requirement study of different type of products.

A 24 hours working electronic production company,co-ordinate with other companies that wipro,hp....3 shiftes per day..its rotated in weekly.
I have learned the SMD operation of production,and working of that products,guality inspection etc.
Efficient management.
A team work must in quality inspection.Thinking and caring co-workers are with me at that time.
In a shipment date work is very hard.48 hours i had worked at that time.
I was always enjoyed the work at that time.
