The department I was a part of didn't have many advancements, although the entire Siemens healthineers culture is great. The work is great at almost all departments. It's totally dependant on your department on how your experience is. If you get an interview or an offer with digital health or Molecular imaging, CT. You can close your eyes and take up the offer as these are the best departments work in. I had a good experience at Siemens healthineers. Although would have loved to be a part of the departments I've mentioned above. 

1. Very good in terms of ethics and work culture.
2. Good employee benefits.
3. Product based. Great work life balance.
4. Average salary.
5. Yearly hike is good.
6. Market correction every three years(But again depends on your manager if he wants to give you).

What is the best part of working at the company?
Good work- life balance, learning and development opportunity are positive aspects.
Good culture and job security.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Get your work  done assigned to you, there is no problem .



What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Employees appreciate for the professional development  , strong company culture. People’s health and well-being.

Good work-life balance. Smart people around. Best place to stick for many years. Most of my colleagues were with Siemens for at least 10 years. Company culture is really great as it is a German based company. 
You are lucky if you are deployed in a project in R&D, where latest and greatest tech stack is used. 
However, its really a great place to work for. Siemens take more care of their employees!!

There are too many departments inside healthineers, so you might wanna investigate on what they are hiring for before getting in.
Although these two points are generic for every department.
1-They do not entertain freshers.
2-They make a fresher work as much as a senior and pay like a fresher.

get work done by anytime ,lack of management,  poor professional experience, salary delayed by months, short time travel to various places , no routine management, lead to face unexpected scenarios , totally worst experience 

Top healthcare company to work for.You will have full job security and best work life balance .Company do care about their employees .Career growth is slow and pay is not good

Would recommend for someone who wants relaxed work and can compromise on salary.
