Very nice place to work.
Felt like second home with all flexibility.
You give the customer service of highest level they want you will be recognised on every step.
Even the customer are friendly and ready to give compliments.
Never say no to customer if something can be done do it for them.
If you don't know the answer as ur supervisor.
Try to give alternative before saying no.
Ask what customer wants.
Listen to the query willingly.
Solve the query willingly.

we need to work in shifts as it is an airline and it is fun working as we are as a family. I have learned many thing like the system that we use for booking the tickets and also I have learned time management. also have got opportunity to handle a team. my colleagues are  very supportive. there is nothing that is hardest of the job which I do yes sometimes there is pressure but its manageable. every thing related to work is enjoyable because everyday I tend to learn many new things work wise or also personally.

It was nice to be a part of this organization because it helped me to learn a lot and nice work cultur. it was an organization with strict rules and regulations ,which I think is justified as it is the world best airline. 
I feel very proud to be a part of Singapore Airlines. I wished I could worked in for a longer time as my teture was very less .

the growth in the aviation industry is very very slow
you have to wait for your seniors to retire in order to go to the next higher position



It was great working with the company. Never been in such a challenging environment where you have to take challenges every second minute. Job culture enhances your skills towards work. This is what I like the most about this company.

I enjoyed the best time of my career with singapore airlines. The team the management and specially the station manager were perfect and helpful. They always support and lead from the front.
