I joined Sodexo as a Hospitality Manager in July 2012 for                Miot International Hospitals .My dedication and interest in learning and developing my skills set lead  me to  Achieve the Best Site Manager Award for Health Care India in August 2015 and my promotion in September 2015 ,as Key Accounts Manager (Food Service operations) .Some of the strengths that defined my performances , perseverance  and determination ,flexibility,team work with motivation ,listening ,eye for details and client relation.

Health care ,the site dynamics are highly sensitive as we directly connect with patients ,who gets admitted with different ailments so it had become absolutely mandatory to be more vigil that the right food for right patient was served .

I always motivate my team members to treat the patients as our families which gave me atmost job satisfaction .

Rest all are like any other catering companies , surely Sodexo in western countries working has different level. Here working as good as any local catering company. No job surety, biased work ethics, here your talent is not measured via your capability rather how good you are in "Yes boss" boot licking performer.
I joined this company hearing that senior positions are never asked to leave but ground realities are very different . No senior management extends hands to support in case you need them. But policies wise they talk of big ethics. Documentation is too much ,it's always better if you get chance join Sodexo outside India not in india. It's like unchi dukan fika pakwan .

Flexible working hours, was employed with them for 6 years. Started with handling existing clients of Kolkata and during my tenure was given new territories like Bihar, Chhattisgarh and North East to mange for getting new clients on board while still managing existing KEY Clients of the region. Was rewarded for my achievement in 2015 for achieving maximum sales numbers in the country. Travelling to various states at short notice was the hardest job though I enjoyed travelling as the company had air travel restrictions on short notice. Extremely collaborative work culture but had started to get stagnant with no major growth opportunities and occasional operational issues in the new digital employee benefits platform of Expense Management which was beyond my control to handle. 

• Developing the Sodexo retail offering across the various segments with a clear focus to connect with the end consumer 
• Drive retail pricing, merchandising and promotions – thereby improving profitability 
• Ensuring that the offer’s robustness includes complete support of the deployment process. 
• Portfolio Articulation and development of marketing strategy with the senior operating team, utilizing the Sodexo group approach & tools as well as the 3 year plan for the country. 
• Develop and implement measures to evaluate the effectiveness of offers / marketing plans deployed and a corrective action process for dealing with issues. 
• Liaise with operations, sales, procurement, finance and human resources to optimize the business model.

Company is good but management team are worst, lot of politics, 
If you get any bad feedback about sodexo "because of team only".
No seriousness in the work, can't take initiative to complete within the time line, Very negligence on the client quires.
Never take care about left employees to resolve the PF & FnF Issues.

o As a Management Trainee (June-Nov, 2010), chances to be at the front and take care of operations, dealing with clients and taking decisions were more often.
o Started with Gujarat region at an Industrial and a Hospital site. Later, I was transferred to Maharashtra region to work in Retails sites too.
o Posted as Manager(proxy) for trial basis at a site in Aurangabad where I learnt to take moderate risks and various aspects of the relationship with the client was discovered. It also resulted into a diplomatic development overall.
o Dealing with the day to day operations of catering and hospitality facility including the staff and miscellaneous issues was quite the routine.

Sodexo is very good componey on time pay  ,we have come to look for the change for the bad woring policy for regional HR . Other then that we have very good hospitality service ,HSE processes is good ,it been abserve that care employees. Processes is good but on ground reality practice is less,strong Documentation, I fell like there should be job security to ensure atleast for permanent employees, even after cliental site classes, demobilezation of employees is very harsh 30 day notice period  no curtacy even fo extending 15 day to search job even after 8years continues work with out any problems with all Processes required satisfactory services . this is to need re look by senior management .
