I worked there as an intern and i could gain enough knowledge in the field of logistics. My mentor was really motivating me through out. With his help I got the chance to visit their factory and see the entire production line.

They followed a strict timeline of 9-5 so the work life balance was great there. The company stands out in terms of  maintaining the Quality Standards in whatever they do.

Overall I had a great learning experience from Terumo Penpol so that I was able to finish my project work quite well.

The company is dealing with vast range of blood collection and storage equipment and it is an amazing experience working with excellent hospitals, blood banks and also with doctors and technicians.

I did a one month internship at Terumo Penpol. I gained:
•	Knowledge in blood bag quality assurance protocols and manufacturing processes.
•	Training in TPL medical devices assembly and quality testing.

Specialised area of HR and Employee policies. Implimented employee welfare programmes and performance appraisal reviews.Manpower planning and payroll system follow up.

No even distribution of work
Unnecessary micro management

I know this Company for the last 19 years or so. Good Company with good quality products and all are heath related products are manufactured and good sale is also there 

One can enjoy his work

Jappan based company, central govenment running 8hr duty three shifts sunday off may be sunday go giving overtime, good people and gud atmosfier free food 

This is my first job I got .I learned who to work and it's a blood bag manufacturing company.so in there works should be very clean and carefully​ going work...
