Before joining TVS i was just an executive whereas TVS gave me a chance to develop my management skill how to handle people, how to make my work more joyful, how to cooperate, communicate and correlate with our colleagues, supporter and senior management etc. Typical day of my work was when myself, my company legal manager and court appointed a mediator was threatened by a customer on the gun point at Ghaziabad location. One year back there was no any hard work but these days 100% collection responsibility levied to each employee that is not possible and before one year we never thought that we are employee we thought that this is our owned company

Tvs Credit Company is good company, From Other NBFC's here a lot of system work & process to do business, my job profile is  maintaining good relation with Dsa's & Used Car Brockers, for achiving my target, Per month my Target 30 lakhs, As per process of tvs credit the sanctioned customer loan amount is credited in dsa's personal accounts, iam searching another job due to this dangerous sanctioned process, iam the responcible person for all these lakhs & lakhs customer amount,

End to end collection by sales team irrespective of collection managers and better opportunities and promotions biased on EVERYTHING
No support of higher level managers on market knowledge ,critical absent from reality and excel.to much of review excel sheets on weekly and daily basis ,the question WHY WHY HOW WHEN WHO

I would like to work in TVS credit very much due some personal issue no i shift my family to Coimbatore, they are doing multi product like Used TW used Car, new car, tractor & 3w Auto loan products can be handle by a single TM it will give better experience in all business channels

My team leader in TVS Credit was not bothered by my work, he only paid attention to whoever was around him, he did not care about good performance and hard work

Good place to work with.. but if we forget something as human error as it is we are very politely made to understand the problem and causes of the doings. Politics is there , as it is everywhere but  importence is given only to the liked once.

productive team work & achieve responsibility within a TAT. and co ordinate with sells and credit members for good productivity and fair work.and doing team work cheer all team members.

When I starting my carrier from tvscs , its totally changed , good support from ho, tcm & colleague.
Good job, less stress,if we work hard company will provide lots of opportunities to employes.Company gives good salary @ claims.
