Although a 45 hour work week is expected, the employers are pretty flexible about how that time is spread out over the week.
Being a 30-year-old company, many of their processes are set - which is great for productivity, not for innovation. Additionally, many employees have worked there for 5-30 years. This makes adapting to changes with new technology and processes difficult. That being said, employees are very loyal and have known each other for long enough to feel like a big family. Employees are hard-working but not everyone's timings match.

The company has clear understanding of how to be undisputed leader in the market . Encourages competition . Had clearly laid out growth plans . Is open to failure only to learn from them and move on. Professional yet very personal environment .

Working in tally solutions, it's really nice experience, even though it's a client place for me, felt like parent company. Very friendly environment. It's been a year working here, all managers and team leads are very supportive and friendly, and got platform to implement all my knowledge and also learnt new things too.

The organization makes a lot of effort in keeping the interests of the employees in mind, both financially and otherwise. There is scope for experimenting till you find your niche, entrepreneurship is welcomed and change is accepted as the norm. Great company to work with.

One of those few companies in technology where an employees spend about 5yrs in the company. 

It has a different approach to work hence they dominate this segment of the business.

It is a good place for freshers to start their career and try out new things.

Not a perfect place for Sales guys though.

The company has gone through organization restructuring in the last few years and because of that, the company has lost its warmth as an employer.

Good Culture , Good brand and transparent environment.

Lacks career opportunity , Professionalism and owner take all calls . Process orientation is very poor , HR is very weak .
