Sr. Consultant for SAP Telecom Technical Help desk. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support international customers (SAP Employees) with a wide variety of request such as mobile device issues, ordering new mobile phones, changing features, basis troubleshooting etc.(BlackBerry, iPhones,iPadsm Android Phones, Cell Phones, Mi-FI, Jetpacks, Headsets)
- Provide support on client requests submitted through Tangoe’s internal portal such as order support, service number moves, usage and billing reports, etc.
- Establish and build relationships with internal and external customers/ SAP employees.  
- Must be able to work in a 24/7 environment including Weekends
- Ensuring all requests from Internal Manager pertaining to orders/clarifications is completed.

Am working with Tangoe from past 20 Months.Would like to share below points.
> Tangoe is a Product Base company all the products are related to Telecom Expense Management Domain.
>It's a start up company in India but many branches are there in overall worlds.
>Working culture is very good at Tangoe.
> Flexible timings to work.
> Have learnt few new technologies like Automation testing,Performance testing etc...

Hi all, 

On a serious note, please do not join the company, I am working for almost 2 years and counting and there are no benefits at all. After pandemic we are working from home. Guess what we were moved to another department without asking us. That job is so stressful I cannot explain it to you. We get paid montly for hourly paid job.

Tangoe team is following micro management and laying off it's employees without proper notification. Company does not provide job security or pay well. management is indulged in micro management and communication between upper management and lower level is almost zero and it's not at all transparent.

It is a place where you can start for your career. A place where you cannot learn more.
You only need to stick to manager's plan. No value for your innovation.
Terrible management.
No proper workplace culture.
Hardest part of the job is Environment.
Got to know only something about the corporate culture, that's the happier part.

I love Mondays, mostly because the day flies by in a flash. On a given day, during the early hours you will find me speaking to the clients, finding out – proactively – what their priorities are for the week, meeting with team for half hour to communicate the clients’ needs and organizing the team schedules around the client’s priorities.

No growth in career

Lot of freedom of voice. Be original and bring in your ideas and management will be ready to accept it.
This has a dark side where illogical ideas also get conceptualized soimetimes.

Awesome place for Everyone to work...Well knowledged ppl are here...This company is my 2nd Family and it showed up a great career in my life....Team is really Tremendous....The people n training...other stuff are awesome

The company may not be a fun place to work. 
The company does have a lot of learning opportunities and the few leads in management are supportive. 

There is a lot of scope to make money
