The company is good but the management is worst,  specially for Navi Mumbai site.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
All the managers are too dumb in terms of helping.  They will help you and show you gratitude until your process is there. Whenever you process will shift or process lost, no one is helpful whether you are working for two years or 6 years. 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
All is show of no one is helpful. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Everything will be good till your process is there. Whenever your process will move or process lost. No one will help with moving on other projects until your team leader or manager.  The worst management specially the Navi Mumbai site. And worst manager is Roshani chaodhary.

Usually when I used work in task us  there was a problem with the shifts which I have faced. I think there was a discrepancy with WFH team who were not supportive at all they always give unexpected shifts. Management of task us always do partiality they used to entertain them only who they like or they pick people as per their choices  to grow in the organization. The work culture of the task us place was very amazing and facilities are like fully corporate MNC. The Hardest part of this job was our shift timings which was not good at all. The Enjoyable part of the job was the work was very easy.

Pathetic Management,
Pathetic Culture.
No Policies for CAP and DAP 30/60/90 days, if company has to downsize straight cherry pick targets and start termination.
Worst place worked ever.
FnF not released on time, even after submitting assets you will be shocked to receive emails and calls that asset not submitted even after 40 days of submission, which is clear indication that FNF is not processed.
No JOB guarantee.
They will ask you to abscond from previous job if the requirement is urgent and when they don't need you will leave u stranded and will fin unselfish jobless.

They never paid My pf and were rude the moment I left the organisation.

They steal my pf money and my last month salary without giving me any experience letter.

The only good thing is you get a good supportive environment

After my resignation I never recieved my pf money and my salary and that is not fair or justified to anyone.

Everything is nice , all co workers is super friendly , well maintained working space , supporting team mates and team leads

Time management , monthly data achivement , weekly reports , some times have to work over time with lesser pay , lesser break times

Company does not even think about employees well being. They just rule on you like dictatorship and company's management is very poor as not even listen if say anything.
           Company does not deserve honest and hardworking employees. They terminate people without giving a single thought and just spoil people's career. Company just take advantage of people till they want and after their work is done, they terminate the people.

A typical day at TaskUs involves dynamic challenges, collaborative problem-solving, and a supportive environment. TaskUs values employee growth, fostering an inclusive workplace culture. While management is generally effective, communication could be more streamlined. The hardest part is managing high-volume tasks, but the camaraderie and meaningful impact make it enjoyable.

The company changes it's rules and shifts as per their convenience. They do not cater any shift and week off requests. You have to work according to their rules and commands. Mental health and physical health are affected a lot due to frequent changes. The management lies when it comes to doing shifts on festivals that you will be paid but they deny the payment after the salary is credited which is always less. Motivation to work is a hard thing to collect after working with this organization. People are careless.

The working place is quiet good but the main problem is on administrative section. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
There technically part is so low we told lots of time to improve that bugs but they didn’t. That’s the main part of deduction of salary.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Good only but my suggestion they have to improve some more.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
To doing night sift we face lots of problems any other company.
