Workplace culture is not good.The most enjoyable part of the job
	To maintain proper and accuracy timing of incoming and outgoing for the employees.
	Able to check the physical presence of employees in plant during working hours & lunch hours.
	Handle Contract Labour worker.
	Ensure new joinee ESIC & PF formalities including PF withdrawl.
	   Analysis of manpower Requirement & Management.

I learned a lot of things at my work such as handling the issues and difficulties while production and managing the team of 15-20 members. Achieving the monthly production and quality target.
Ensuring all the safety procedures followed by the team members.
Most enjoyable part is working with the whole team regardless of so many difficulties. Working more than 12 hours in emergency cases and when required.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Monday to Saturday working day

Company is very good and good management at top level but at the field management is poor , no any advantage for hard worker, No any standard data for employees, good for manager level job and technician both but as shift engineer job very problem done and no focus on this of management.

Too much politics. Hire & Fire policy. They hire & if they don't need anybody's service then they just transfer them to remote site where there would be no requirement of that person, transportation difficulties. So that the person gives resignation himself. They just don't say directly to resign.

so many type of project experience i have gathering so my opinions if anybody learning more it is a right point and i have given hard work company return as promoted higher position and duty areas was expanded off cource I have learn more.

Work culture is nice here.Clint are also very friendly.In this company every thing is nice except salary. Salary date is not fixed when we will get. In  General they gave between 15 to 20 of every month.

I'm starting my career in veil and it feel me good.all are co-operative nature and our hod support us in all good and bad times .Overally those time which I working there its make my future bright

Nice place where i learnt basics of maintenance engineering under tata steel kalinganagar (TSK,Orissa)'s big platform. here anyone can get a chance to understand basics of mechanical engineering.

Depends upon client handle, work life balance is avarage, salary is negotiable, food is in discount price canteen, chargeable sharing accommodation, laptop and mobile allowance,
