In our Training we were told to wear safety masks because sometimes the smell was suffocating.On one day of training we were asked to work in a cold freeze room.It really was a hardest  part of my job.I learned about industrial production of milk and milk products and also about chemical testing of milk.Management was good s we students were divided into different groups at different times.My coworkers were really nice and polite.The most enjoyable part of my internship was making the products to be supplied to public by myself and everyday getting amazed by the methods and technologies of making them.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Low payscale . And nobody appreciate the work you done . Even no respect contract based employees.

Low payscale and rude behavior of seniors

Its fine if you oky with low payscale .nd you dont think about youre future and self-respect also

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When I see gender bullying and etc

i am working here as a refrigeration plant operator. my job start with daily responsibility to check the all machines parts gauges and  oil pressure etc. i learnt how  to work in team work. also learnt maintenance of machines overhaul. our management is cooperative. workplace culture is very good, celebrate all function together. the most enjoyable part  of my job when learnt new methods of tehnology from our deligates.

on some occasions and festivals that days are more enjoyable

It was a good experience to learn about all the quality testing and production methods of milk items. I along with my two co workers have prepared a bacterial culture which was ultimately proven by our head and the same was used for the production of curd the another day, it was really a great day as all our efforts were proven to be fruitful.

training period was only for 4 hours in day. Working there was very good. I worked in the different departments of the milk company and came to know about the formulation of different milk products.I also learned about the working of different types of machines.Most difficult part was to get the accurate results and maintain the proper sterility.

It was great experience working at Verka milk plant. Learned how to work in a team, enhanced my laboratory skills, adds lot to my personality and love to work there. Perfect management with excellent staff, everyone over there is helpful, caring and good supporter.Enjoyed a lot during workinf there.

the milk plant was fun and easy to understand and work, atmosphere was not too strict and is adequate professional . moreover , the bosses were very polite and gave me enough time to get along with the training session and learn the work ethics.

One of the prominent company of milk products in punjab that sell their products not in India only but worldwide That includes butter, variety of milk, yoghurt and paneer. It's a wonderful experience to work as microbiologist to check quality of all products with different  methods.

it's FMCG industry my city. VERKA milk products. There is Monopolistic market.. turn over about is very wise. There is friendly staff. Top management was great.
