The deadlines are reasonably set by discussing the same with team members.

The coordinators are very focused on maintaining relationships with parents at the cost of good teachers. They are also very biased, and favoritism runs rampant.

There is too much of documentation work especially the dates of each lesson has to be filled in the academic planner and should never have a mismatch. It was too difficult and time consuming , I always felt that it was a useless work.

awesome experience working for 2years. Management is the ultimate decisions making authority so no supervisors, team leaders can take decisions soley.

Too much politics spreads unhealthy and unproductive work environment. The expectations are not set and undue changes are done with no clear outcome.
