•	Maintenance of records of stocks and inventory. As well as administration and manpower placing. Orders of products well in advance to avoid scarcity of materials.
•	Keeping the materials in good condition free waste, damage, and contamination. To ensure movement of stock following FIFO method, maintaining quantity, date of receipt, maintaining in alphabetic order for easy availability. 
•	Maintaining contact with purchase department, placing orders well in advance, and receiving goods in uninterrupted production.
•	Manage warehouse, Inventory Control, Preparation of MIS, Invoicing, Co-ordination with logistics, supply chain and sales department.
•	Assisting Operation Supervisor for handling Inventory of multi location stores. Preparing Purchase orders for stores. Co-ordinate with Transporters for distribution of goods to the various retail stores.
•	To take MIS reports form the all retail stores and update on daily basis. Co-ordination with the transporters, Agents.
•	Ensuring smooth processing and delivery of orders. Lessoning with purchase and sales teams. Supervision of Service Executives, Order Processors and Warehouse team.
•	Route plan, Delivery commitment, Type of vehicle, Number of Transporters, Mode of transportation, Route load maximization, Risk cover, implementing, new transportation Strategy, Freight accrual system.
•	Delivery lead time reduction
•	Sending All Type Bills By Account Manager & Payment Clearance of Vendors Thru Account.

Not like that I'm always happy to work there with our passion and experience

Its a good job if you are selected as a permanent employee otherwise its no use working there as you won't get employee benefits. Managers are good. Employees are good. But as most of the employees are not well educated, family background is not that strong so they tend to ask to other employees for sum of loan amount, so avoid lending as after you leave job you might not get your money back.

Manager position is controlled by someone else always you can't make your own decision, job security is 00 you can fire anytime without any warning on the spot your fired with no proper reason or they pointed some thing else they don't give single chance to prove yourself they want robots not manager more like chamchagiri type people. 

But managers are some very rude not helpfull i.e. ***********. I am working for last 3 years at vijay sales as a customer care execative salary increment is good but working hours are long and festival timing are extra time. In my job lofe i faced so many negative points in managers but management does not take any action on it. Collegues are very selfish i.e ***********. The reson behind job change is partiality

Very much aggressive sale, selling products, cross selling, taking care for displaying products on shelves, managing and providing product training to new comer staff, taking care of customers by trouble shooting customer complaints as well as satisfying them, sincere towards job and polite towards customers

Overall My Experience Here was not Too Good as in this Job you need to keep you legs strong as here you need to stand for 10-12 hours without sitting & main thing is that you don't get leaves even on National Holidays Overall It was a Turf Management to Work Here
