What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Wabtec work for indian railway that is contractual period if company does not get contract so company may be say good bye to all employees.

No work pressure. Employee safety and growth is the first preference here. Senior management is very supportive and encouraging. work life balance is very good here. lot of exposure to new initiatives. since we work on raliways lot of things to learn.

Nice place to work. People are friendly. Benifits are good. Less onsite travel opportunity. No much hectic processes. Good place to learn. Good team outing. Very good engagement with clients. Have good ownership at India

Good company and good culture and nice employee friendly company . Learning opportunities are available, management is good, benefits are nice and good to go as Full time employee.
Do not go as contractor no benefits will be given

Lots of maintenance activities for developers. Not all projects are having latest tech stacks. High pressure for deliverables and too many meetings. Not much process oriented. 

A good company for freshers. Need to spend evenings mostly in interaction with counterparts. The management is quite good. All it depends on counterpart's requirements.

Have been working at Wabtec for last 4 years. Joined as Edison engineer. Now known as LEAD program. Good place to start your career. You get to work across 3 or 4 teams
