What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Everything seems to be problematic; time management is poor, the company culture is unsatisfactory, there is office politics, no bonuses, sweets, or gifts during Diwali, and the salary is low considering the work pressure. Additionally, the ground staff do not receive respect from seniors.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Worst, pathetic, personal growth is not there 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fully work pressure with zero respect

The best part about Wellness is their training centers. As fresher pharmacist, you can learn many things and field knowledge at store.
Even 10th pass person can start here and achieve manager post with hard work.
The worst thing is company does not value employee specifically pharmacist.
The work culture is depend on store and store staff.
For salary and increment, the head office and company is very irresponsive.

Weekly training on different topics which helps to grow in your career and improve your work experience

Not always but sometimes it is very hectic to do all work in given time period 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Every one is very understanding and you can  learn many things if your nature is to improve your work skills they teach us in every aspects which helps to grow us

Had a great Experince with a well reputed organisation like wellness forever.. it having just a awsome environment in concern with employees working over there... having greatly managed staff... there was lots of things to learn as well as enjoy... had lots of fun and gain knoladge with respect to Drug Molecules, Pharmaceuticals, Brands, Price Control, etc etc....

There is no stress in working 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
When there is festival that day we enjoy full.that day I like so much.

Wellness forever is nice place to work. Overall good  productive enviroment.Team is supprtive. Team Leader is also friendly in nature and also good way to guide team members.

Got to learn whiteboard animation, PowerPoint, Basic Excel, Adobe flash and the work environment.
Lunch was provided by them. 
Great experienced staff.

This company is very good for experience but management staf is not supportable otherwise all is good.                  Good company.    Product availability is very good
