i really enjoyed working at Wendy's but I had to take the bus to work every time.
The normal typical day at work would be get in the door and put your bags (if you bought any with you) up on the hook that they provide for you and you get ready for work like normal wash your hands and put hand sanitizer on, log yourself in like normal :) and just serve every time a customer came up to the counter, always handing out samples of the ice cream to every customer :), what I learned was that it's not an easy job and there are always something to do even if you think that there is nothing to well no :), the management and co-workers were really nice to me as well even when they knew that I was really shy they made work feel like home to me they treated me like family so when I was quitting I didn't want to leave :(, I would say the hardest part of the job would be keeping up with every single thing sometimes you can't no matter how much you try to keep up you just can't, although the most enjoyable part of the job would be meeting new people and having great conversations with not only the workers but the customers as well :)

I will show up to work and help set up the store to make things like vinaigrettes for some of the new salads that we sold. I would also take orders from customers, make drinks, prepare fries, restock, clean, fill orders, and much more. I learned ingredients to our sandwiches and how to make them, how to use the computers to take orders, and how to effectively work in a team-based workplace. The Wendy's management was great! I enjoyed working with my managers, they were helpful and positive when teaching me about the workplace. The hardest part of working at Wendy's was the high-stress times of lunch hour on busy days. It sometimes felt like no matter how fast you worked, that the line of customers never ended, so you just needed to work faster and harder to get all the customers fed. The most enjoyable part of the job was having multiple customers speaking to me during the day saying "Wow! You are an excellent worker" or "I really appreciate you working so hard." Hearing compliments from customers that are pleased with my customer service makes me feel very fulfilled with the work that I've done.

I do customer service as a front registrar, also inclined in food handling like sandwich personel and salad maker.

I learned to be a good multitasker

The management was good in training their staff.

No discrimination on workplace.

Hardest part of the job, encountering swindlers.

My most enjoyable part was, I used to be the wendy girl in a mascot  to a birthday party

Absorbed in work politics and Upper Management is always hostile. The DM threatens your job no matter how well you are doing and the Regional Manager is by far the worst. No value for anyone else's time or feelings. Unstable environment. However, the GM is the only thing holding that store together. She is a genuine person who cares about people as a whole.

they change your hours with out notifying you. if you have any children that you actively have to take time off for at times then dont go there they do not agree with you having any life other then wendys. if your sick forget about it,

I was young when I started Wendy's, and they was happy to jump me right along into the team. I was a very fast learner so my manager kept bright ideas to keep me busy when iI completed a task. Wend'y was a great experience for me as a young lady which gave me a willing out look on the work industy.

They understood what went on with someone and would let them leave if they were sad or upset and they understood what the crew members meant they try to work out your hours when you have something going on and they would let you make up hours if you asked.

This establishment is a great place to work! Room for advancement and good pay,and flexible  hours. Always serve the best and the freshest food. Positive management with excellent training.

I worked there and had no problems. Just did what was required out of an employee and didn’t have any problems. Yeah working fast food is fast paced... hence the word fast paced so of course if your moving slow or your team is going slow management is gonna be on you. So I repeat just do what your suppose to and no problems.

in my almost 4 yrs working @ wendys sm manila,,i have learned how to communicate well with other people by taking their orders correctly and by giving them 100% customer satisfaction by giving them great quality food service
