The top level management are all family members and their decisions are influenced depending on their personal dynamics rather than being objective. 

They are also a rash decision making group and don't stay true to their commitments. The amount of time heads spend on meetings is 5 times more than they spend on the field understanding the pains of their customers. 

The final issue is their attitude towards hiring and retaining manpower. They open up positions without thinking and want to terminate people in the first few months without even understanding the issue.

A typical work day is very stressful and is always stretched for minimum of 14 hours extending to 16 hours 3-4 times a week. No encouragement, guidance from senior management. They blame you for all their incompetence and to save their back

Just join work for few months and then look for another job. Your Job is not secured. Senior management can ask you quit. They have done that may times.


I learned many things like how to behave with customers. How to maintain the property. Work culture is too good. The hardest part of the job is to convince people from there property to our property.

Good for work culture learnt lots of things.. pilot batch so good opportunity to experience all things.. onboarded multiple projects withi ln city good work environment.
