GreenTek Reman is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Inside Sales Representative to support business growth in the E-Waste Management sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, telephonic outreach, customer engagement, and achieving individual sales targets. This role requires strong communication skills, research capabilities, and the ability to build relationships with corporate decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
– Achieve assigned individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
– Generate qualified leads through telephonic outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, online research, data mining, and competitor analysis.
– Connect with key stakeholders and decision-makers within organizations to create business opportunities for E-Waste Management services.
– Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service solutions.
– Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling appointments, preparing proposals, and following up with prospects and clients.
– Handle inside sales activities such as responding to inquiries, sharing service information, and managing customer interactions.
– Maintain and regularly update CRM and customer databases.
– Prepare sales reports, track performance metrics, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
– Assist in implementing sales strategies and campaigns to increase revenue generation.
– Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication and excellent service.
– Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive customer experience.
– Participate in sales meetings, training programs, and team discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
