Job Title: Admission Counsellor – Education Institute (Patiala)
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Admission Counsellor to join our institute in Patiala. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a proven ability to convert student inquiries into admissions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Must have understanding of Distance & Online Education Programme
- Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
- Provide course guidance and counselling
- Follow up with prospective students
- Maintain admission records and data
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in admission counselling / education sector
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Confident personality with positive attitude
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, CRM preferred)
Salary & Benefits:
- ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (fixed)
- Performance-based incentives up to ₹10,000 per month
- Total Salary will be ₹30,000
