Digital Marketing Intern — Nextroy Dynamics Private Limited, Hyderabad
We’re looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Intern to support our marketing team and help grow awareness and enrollments for our robotics, AI/ML, and drone-tech courses. You’ll execute digital campaigns, create content, analyse performance, and collaborate with sales to turn traffic into leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads).
- Create and schedule engaging content: short videos, static posts, carousel ads, blog snippets, and emailers tailored to students and parents.
- Manage social media accounts, respond to comments/messages, and grow community engagement.
- Support paid advertising: set up basic campaigns, monitor performance, and suggest optimizations to improve CPL (cost per lead).
- Track, analyse, and report campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, leads, conversions); maintain dashboards in Google Sheets or Google Data Studio.
- Collaborate with telecalling and content teams to align messaging, develop landing pages, and improve lead capture flows.
- Conduct keyword research, basic on-page SEO, and help maintain/optimize website content for organic traffic.
- Assist with creative briefs, A/B tests for ad creatives and landing pages, and implement learnings to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and propose new channels or tactics to reach student audiences.
Requirements:
- Current student or recent graduate (any stream), marketing/communications/digital specialization preferred.
- 0–1 year experience or internship exposure in social media management, content creation, or paid ads (EdTech experience is a plus).
- Good written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or Telugu.
- Familiarity with basic digital marketing tools: Facebook/Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Canva, and Google Workspace.
- Strong creative sense for short-form video and social content; comfortable using simple editing tools (CapCut, InShot, Canva).
- Analytical mindset; able to interpret campaign metrics and suggest practical improvements.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Available for 6-day shifts (9 AM - 6 PM) or flexible hours for students.
