- Manage and coordinate the overall day-to-day operations of the clinic.
- Ensure smooth functioning of OPD, consultation, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing and other clinic services.
- Monitor patient flow, waiting time, registration, consultation and billing processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, front office, pharmacy, laboratory, radiology, billing and support services.
- Ensure adequate availability and deployment of staff according to workload.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, duty allocation and performance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, clinical protocols and applicable statutory requirements.
- Support implementation and maintenance of NABH standards and quality indicators.
- Monitor patient safety, infection prevention and control practices within the clinic.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, waste management and maintenance of the clinic premises.
- Monitor availability of medicines, consumables, stationery and other essential supplies and coordinate timely replenishment.
- Monitor stock levels, expiry dates and proper storage of clinic supplies.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and infrastructure.
- Monitor billing and collection processes and ensure accurate documentation and verification.
- Address patient complaints and coordinate timely resolution of grievances.
- Promote patient-centred care, privacy, dignity and effective communication.
- Monitor patient feedback and initiate corrective and preventive actions where required.
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and ensure availability of emergency equipment and essential medicines.
- Ensure proper maintenance of patient records, registers, reports and operational documents.
- Monitor daily, weekly and monthly operational reports and submit them to the concerned authority.
- Identify operational gaps and implement measures for improving efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate staff training, induction, competency assessment and continuous education in collaboration with HR and clinical departments.
- Conduct regular meetings with clinic staff and communicate organizational policies, instructions and updates.
- Maintain good professional relationships with doctors, employees, patients and other departments.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of patient and organizational information.
- Participate in audits, inspections, quality improvement activities and accreditation-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal, statutory, fire safety and occupational safety requirements.
- Any other duties assigned by the Management/Operations Head from time to time.
Pay: ₹50,000.23 - ₹70,000.00 per month
