In this role, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating CAE tasks and projects related to System Simulation. You will be expected to take ownership of project deliverables, ensure high-quality outputs, and support the team in achieving technical and business objectives. You will need to deliver timely and accurate meshing and analysis solutions while continuously developing new skills and adapting to evolving customer and business requirements.

Executing and coordinating CAE projects related to system simulation.
Performing meshing and analysis activities with minimal supervision.
Understanding project scope and completing assigned work within defined timelines.
Ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of project outputs.
Working extensively with HyperMesh, LS-DYNA, Primer, and LS-Post.
Supporting system model setup activities and NCAPS-related simulations.
Taking full ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.
Collaborating effectively with team members, account managers, and stakeholders.
Participating in stage-wise project reviews and incorporating feedback.
Providing technical guidance, training, and knowledge transfer to team members.
Exploring and implementing new methodologies, tools, and processes.
Adapting to changing business requirements and supporting shift-based operations when required.
Complying with company policies, ethics, and organizational culture.
If you have/are:
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automobile Engineering, or a related discipline.
3–6 years of experience in Automotive, Auto Ancillary, or Engineering Services industries.
Strong expertise in HyperMesh and LS-DYNA.
Hands-on experience with Primer and LS-Post.
Knowledge of NCAPS and system model setup.
Experience in automotive safety simulations.
Programming and automation skills (preferred).
Experience with Human Body Model (HBM) simulations (added advantage).
Product knowledge of seatbelts and airbags, including their functionality and application (desirable).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a global team environment.
Willingness to learn new tools, methods, and technologies.
Self-confidence, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
