Project Manager – Luxury Interior Fit-Outs (Fittings & Fixtures)

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly capable Project Manager specializing in Luxury Interior Fit-Outs, Fittings, and Fixtures to lead the execution of premium interior spaces across our projects. The role requires a professional who understands the balance between luxury aesthetics, functional durability, and disciplined budget management.
The ideal candidate will work closely with site teams, architects, designers, and management to ensure interiors are executed to the highest standards while maintaining strict control over costs, timelines, and material quality. This role is critical in ensuring that every interior delivered reflects refinement, precision, and long-term value.
Key Responsibilities for Luxury Interior Project Execution
- Lead the planning and execution of high-end interior fit-outs including woodwork, stone, lighting, modular fittings, sanitary ware, and finishing elements.
- Translate design concepts into practical, efficient, and high-quality on-site execution.
- Ensure interiors are delivered in line with premium design intent and construction standards.
Budget Control & Cost Efficiency
- Work with management to plan, monitor, and control interior project budgets.
- Identify opportunities to optimize costs without compromising luxury standards, durability, or craftsmanship.
- Evaluate contractor quotations, vendor proposals, and procurement strategies.
- Maintain detailed cost tracking and financial reporting for interior works.
Vendor & Material Management
- Source and manage vendors for high-end materials, fittings, fixtures, and custom interior components.
- Evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, craftsmanship, and pricing.
- Ensure procurement schedules align with project timelines to avoid delays.
Quality Assurance
- Ensure all installations meet luxury-grade finishing standards and long-term durability requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to verify quality of materials, detailing, and workmanship.
- Ensure adherence to approved samples, specifications, and design intent.
Site Coordination & Technical Support
- Act as the bridge between management, design teams, and site execution teams.
- Support site teams with technical guidance for interior installations and detailing.
- Resolve on-site challenges efficiently to maintain project timelines.
Project Monitoring & Reporting
- Track project progress against timelines and budgets.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
- Maintain documentation for material approvals, vendor agreements, procurement records, and site execution reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
- 6–12 years of experience in luxury interior fit-outs or high-end real estate projects.
- Proven experience in premium residential, luxury villas, boutique hotels, or upscale developments.

What We Are Looking For

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
